My shower drain has been clogged for the past month, and let me tell you showering with a pool at your feet is not fun. Finally, I put in an order with my home warranty company and they connected me to VITech. Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino. Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me! read more

Had a water leak in the wall behind the fridge and a toilet leak. Called the home warranty company in the evening. Vitech called in the morning and offered to come out immediately. Vitech showed up on-time, fixed both problems and patched the dry wall which the home warranty said wasn't covered. He also went to the store to get a plug for a vent pipe that wasn't covered. AMAZING! I have to say we got this company through our home warrenty to come check out a leak under the sink. They were so kind and so customer oriented. I have used Vitech Mechanical several times to fix different plumbing problems in my house. All works were done perfectly, at very good prices. Last time I was prepared to pay for installation of a new shower cabin but Vitaly convinced me that the problem could be solved in a much simpler and cheaper way. Great guys! I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable. ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017. About an hour later ViTech telephoned me indicating they could complete the job 01/02/2017, one day earlier. ViTech arrived on time. After inspecting the work area, the ViTech plumber advised me that the flange was usable and therefore there was no need to replace the flange. He installed my toilet in less than 45 minutes. The tech came out to my house in a timely manner and did a great job at a very fair price, much cheaper than some of the other quotes I had received over the phone.
