I used to eat here frequently and it was wonderful. But last night's dinner was not very good at all. They bread sticks were flat and tasted like cardboard. The marinara sauce was cooked way too long. I used to get a salad with my meal but apparently that changed also. It makes me sad to say that I will not be coming back. NO cheese, NO sauce, not baked. the cook has NO idea what Italian food is., They need to go on amazon and buy Italian cooking for beginners, You would be better off going to subway two stores down,. Enjoyable first visit since moving to the area. Needed to find somewhere for lunch with our dog in tow. They had no problem accommodating us on the patio. Our server, Dale, was great and brought out a fresh bowl of water for our dog. He was attentive and personable throughout our meal. This place is a true hidden gem that has really good pizza. The pizza crust is a new York style crust with a delicious flavor. We get the pepperoni pizza with no parmesan cheese, they add parmesan cheese to it after it's baked, with extra cheese and it's delicious. They give you a small order of breadsticks for free after you place your order. The Philly sub is very skimpy on the meat. Good taste. read more

We were on our way home (Florida) but we decided to stop and eat before head back. Trying to find a place to eat we found this amazing place. The ambiance was nice, clean dining, and decorated with Christmas lights. The service was great. Our waitress was kind and friendly. My daughters and I ordered a chicken Alfredo and it was delicious, the pizza, calzon that we ordered as well were great. The bread was yummy! The food here was so yummy I wanted to go back into the kitchen and kiss the Italian grandmother who created my dish (that's who I imagine made it anyway). My dish was saucy, cheesy and meat-filled which is everything I could ask for. I got the daily special which was a small salad with your choice of dressing and a plate with two cannelloni, 3 ravioli, 2 meatballs and a large stuffed shell. Also while I waited for my food, they brought out a couple of baskets of garlic bread topped with...cheese of course! Fresh, crumbly Parmesan. Speaking of cheesy, the ambiance was a bit cheesy but I enjoy that. I could have sworn the background music playing sounded like the soundtrack from the Godfather. There were fake grape vines on a pretend thatched roof extending out of the wall. There were also grape vines painted onto the window with that glass paint that was so popular in the 90s. Somehow as I sat down at a table with the red checkered tablecloth I instantly felt comfortable. I came here with a large group (I believe there were 12 of us) and the service was great. Good, but not great all across the menu. We're new to the area and wanted to try the local Italian cuisine without having to drive all the way into Farragut or Knoxville. The staff was attentive and took great care of us. The menu is simple but a solid cross section of Italian food as well as pizza and sandwiches. The Caesar dressing was lacking, but that was our only complaint food wise. The chicken carbonara was excellent as was the saltimbocca. One thing to keep in mind is that this location does not serve wine or allow you to bring your own. They do serve beer, but Italian food with out wine.....? Fugazi! read more

What a gem! I've routinely had their pizza, which is super good but after hearing someone say their calzones were delicious, I decided to sit outside on a gorgeous day and ordered a Stromboli. We stayed at a nearby hotel & asked the desk clerk for good restaurant recommendations. Vitorino's was her first choice, & the closest. It's at one end of a small strip of shops, next to a Dollar Tree, & across from the municipal building. It's very clean & decorated nicely, with an outdoor enclosed patio. Unsure if pets are allowed. Drinks & food are very generous! Employees are very attentive; prices are reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Chicken Veggie soup!! DELICIOUS!!!! We shared a bowl easily; otherwise it could be a meal in itself! Breadsticks & dipping sauce are complimentary - nice surprise! We ordered a pizza; again ingredients were very generous!! Came out all nice and puffy, but went cut into, sank and fell to about nothing. Not much stuffing at all. Be aware, if you ask for additional marinara, you will be charged. Don't order the appetizer cause you won't get it before the meal! Bathrooms were not clean! And when you go to pay watch them cause they will automatically add the tip to your bill with no remorse! Don't order the veal piccata. Veal was so rough that I couldn't cut it .The pasta was swimming in olive oil and so many mushrooms that the pasta turned grey . This is the 2nd time my wife and I have been there and each time I ordered the chicken fett alfredo... Wow was that outstanding (I think the chef puts in a little lemon or something cause the sauce is just awesome and the chicken is as tender as you could want!)! My fam and I stopped in. Pizza was good and the garlic bread with marinara sauce was also good. The sauce was delicious. I was surprised normally it's with to much oregano or bitter. This one was delicious. The bread was good but lacked a bit of salt or garlic. It was still good. It is the best in Loudon as far as Italian food goes. Those thinking any other place matches up aren't Italian. I was insulted by gondolier... never have I ever had a calzone with just cheese..since when? This place knows what a true calzone is. Recently ate there with a party of nine. The service and food was amazing. I got the baked ziti and loved it. Others in our party got pizza, calzones, and lasagna. Everyone loved the food and no one had eaten there before. I will definitely go back when in the area... These were the best looking calzones I have ever seen! The old location in Sweetwater was dark and depressing with plain bland food. However, thank GOD they closed that place down and opened their new location in Loudon!! While it is a farther drive for us (since we live in Sweetwater), we can't stay away, and end up there for dinner at least twice a month (which is a lot for our family as we eat in most of the time). Last time we were there, they mentioned opening back up in Sweetwater soon in a new building, and I sincerely hope they do and stick to the bright decor and WAAAAAAAY better food that their Loudon location has!! This is a woman owner and she is there all the time taking care of the customers. The food is very good I really enjoy the lasagna and my wife the eggplant Parmesan. We did a huge to go pizza order with appetizers, salads and dessert. We ordered at the restaurant and they were helpful and got everything packaged up nicely to go. Pizza was good in both appearance and flavor. It was a solid family meal with some good cannolis to cap off the night with. This is a phenomenal Italian Restaurant. The only negative thing I have to say that it's just one big room. Not the greatest setup. The food is very good! Everything is decently priced and is managed to perfection for every order. I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo for $7, it was a well amount of food, it was very good and taste was very good. I would definitely visit this restaurant again. Every staff member there was nice and performed amazing service and checked up on our party frequently. I did not have to ask for refills, as they were free and they did it without consent, which was a good thing. The prices were very decent and I paid $60 for a party of 5 with a 10$ tip for the waitress. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant the next time I visit the area, and this restaurant was phenomenal and unforgettable. read more

Who would think in the middle of a little town in Tennessee that you can get great Italian food. I was rather skeptical and wasn't in the mood for Italian, but I couldn't find anything else nearby that wasn't fast food. The service was just okay, they were really busy from a very large group. The girls were doing their best and while scrambling and disorganized, they managed to remain pleasant. I think on another night the service would be fine. Worst Italian restaurant I have ever ate in...Food was not cooked properly and poor service.The Chicken Parmesan was a frozen chicken patty over uncooked spaghetti and our spaghetti and meat balls was frozen meat balls over uncooked spaghetti. Our waitress was struggling to wait on the 7 customers in the restaurant. It took her 15 min. to remember to bring us lemon for our water. When I approached the owner about the food her comment was that I was not use to eating real Italian food. My Italian Grandparents would be the offended ones with a comment like that. Very nice and clean restuarant. The menu is beautifully designed, and does not have an overwhelming amount of options. I opted for the chicken parmesan, and it was better than most if not all I've had around the Chicago area. Next time I'm in the area for work I will stop by and try a calzone. Best Italian restaurant in Loudon. Service and food very good. Just tried Chicken Marsala with angel hair pasta. The sauce was light and flavorful. My son had Chicken Parmesan and husband had the Mexican Calzone and both said meals were very good. Wish I took pictures to add. I will the next time.
