Ordered a lasagna shared and got double salad and the best customer service in my life. Mya and Jonathon were the best ever!

Best customer service ever. Came to enjoy some italian food, and decided on sharing some lasagna... hostess allowed us to both have a salad! And the salad bar was on point! Having all the fixings plus fresh cottage cheese. Best restaurant I've experienced in this area. I'd recommend as a must go! Everything is clean and lit up to the perfect amount; lighting wise. Waitress was the workhorse and was making sure our orders were taken plus I noticed her running to stock the restrooms. Promote that woman! Let me see if I can catch her name... I also came here on the review i found refering to this place being the best restaurant hands down! I concur! Mya and Jonathon were the best ever! Best restaurant in the area!!!!! Hands down

We live in Vegas and came out here on vacation. In our Airbnb it had a menu for Vito's. It was great! It was a lot of food for the price. Everything was delicious. The driver got here super fast. Thank you! I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Came to Vito's for the lunch buffet. 12.99 per person for soup, salad, and pizza is a good deal. Soup - only one soup which was potatoe soup. Soup was nice a thick with good flavor. Salad bar - basic iceberg lettuce with a decent selection of toppings to choose from. Only complaint is the bacon bits. I hope you like the fake ones instead of real bacon. Pizza - The pizza sits in a catering style warming oven which holds about 5 pizzas. They replenish them at a good rate that there was always some to choose from. I thought the pizza was mediocre but for the price I paid, I think it was a good pie for the value in comparison. If these are the same pizzas for the price on the main menue, I would go elsewhere. For buffet pizza, it's good though. Staff - staff was friendly and attentive. Cleanliness - buffet plates were not the greatest. I think it was more from other people not having clean hands when getting their plates. Go 2 plates down and they were fine. Bathroom - 2 plungers. Nothing special about this bathroom however, 2 of the 3 light bulbs were out. The fan was also caked in dust.

The lasagna was excellent on point. The ribs are really good but a little bit on the Dry side tater tots were excellent and the garlic bread is too.

    They have great food too!!

This was a great family style place for Italian food. I got the pizza, salad, soup buffet. I loved that they had a lot of pizza options in the oven ready to go. The soup was potato. I also got salad twice because they had green olives!! The rest of the menu looked really delicious. I'm sure we could discovered a lot of choices so I'll have to come back and do so. The service was spot on, our waitress was very attentive without being overbearing. I appreciated that a lot. I liked their window display a lot too.

Great pizza at a reasonable price. Service was pretty good but nothing incredible. The supreme style pizza had a lot of good flavor.

Good deep dish pizza. Garlic bread sticks were okay, but the marinara sauce was pretty good, thick sauce.

Plus, on more than one occasion Diane and I had previously arrived here around 8:30 p.m. and were warmly greeted, seated, and enjoyed our ordered meals. But this Sunday night two days after Halloween, after we had crossed the Colorado River on the Don Laughlin Bridge and had driven for half an hour from our home in Laughlin, we arrived at 8:25 p.m. only to find the restaurant dark and locked, with nobody inside. Granted this was the first day of a time change in California and Nevada from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time. But this circumstance should have had no effect on Arizona, whose time zone remained the same as the day before. Disappointed, we went in search of another place to eat dinner, and after encountering the kitchen staff of China Panda in the restaurant's parking lot about to leave for home half an hour earlier than its posted closing hour, finally wound up at reliable Black Bear Diner. We were the only patrons seated in the entire capacious restaurant until a few other people walked inside about 15 minutes later This spooky night felt like Halloween, but the tricks and added hunger we experienced occurred just a bit later.

It wasn't a great first impression. She later came back inside, and I tried to catch her name, but she was moving quickly. I believe it started with a "B." She was such a negative vibe. As for the food: very disappointing. I ordered the fish and chips, and the fish was hard and overcooked. I love fish and chips, and honestly, this was the worst I've ever had. If you're someone who regularly eats this dish, you'll understand exactly what I mean. My husband ordered the prime rib, which was dry and lacked flavor. He was hungry, so he still ate it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. The cornbread was also dry. The only positive was our server. He was attentive and made sure we were taken care of slightly awkward, but still provided good service. The atmosphere was just okay, but there was a noticeable sewer-like smell, which made the experience even less pleasant. I've eaten at other Black Bear locations before with no issues, but this one was by far the worst. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location and I won't be coming back!

Walking in on a Friday afternoon during Lent, the place was buzzing. Orders flying, families dining, energy high. Yet somehow, it never felt chaotic. It felt alive. As a first-timer, I signed up for their rewards program on the spot, and that's when Casey stepped in. Friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive, he helped us redeem our introductory discount and guided us through the menu without a hint of impatience. That kind of service stays with you. And the food? Exactly what road-weary travelers dream of. Hot, fresh, comforting, and satisfying in a way that feels earned after miles on the highway. Every bite hit the spot. What stood out most was the balance. A busy location that still delivers warm, personal service and quality food without missing a beat. That's not easy to pull off. This wasn't just a quick stop. It was a reset. A reminder that great service still exists. I'll be thinking about this stop the next time I hit the road.
