I know labeling can be a hassle; I even offered to come down and do it myself.... they said they would do it- "great" I replied and "thank you!" They didn't do it, not to anything I/we could understand easily. "M" translates to the All American I was told. Great Pizza and apologies; Great Pizza, Del. even on time this time, great service. Pizza not so good during peak times and large orders sadly.... They were not labeled, not cut through, !! We had to tear the pieces apart-not good at a company party with people trying to be considerate, not wanting to touch other pieces, and not having a pizza cutter at work, we have 1 now for next time as this created a delay in the food line. To add some pizzas were not done, some crust doughy in places :(.... Due probally to at peak times / very busy/ rush rush. Great wings, great salad/ fresh!! There were several employees working--servers outside and multiple people in the kitchen--yet no one ever approached us. The lack of service was disappointing, but what made it worse was how unwelcome we felt from the moment we walked in. The looks we received made us feel like we didn't belong there, and that isn't how any customer should feel when trying a new restaurant. So, that's the only reason I somewhat had an idea of how much the bill was going to be. I was charged $60.65 on my credit card, and I paid it. Then realized that that price was way off. The total (pre-tax) was supposed to be less than $50. So, I didn't the math with tax, $53 and change. Maybe the prices weren't updated? Maybe it was an accident? So, I asked her... she immediately changed the subject to who printed the menu. Then I asked again, and she said it was CC fees (she's NEVER told us in 6 year, that we were paying the fees). So I asked if the CC fee was SEVEN DOLLARS? She said, your cost was $56. I said that was still wrong, and are the CC fees $4? She changed the subject again, then offered to help us out instead of answering any of my questions. $7 more, to pocket, is A LOT of money. We just always assumed we were paying more for the pizza, that it was pricey. But, today I learned that we might have been having money taken off the top, every single time. This easily could've been a "I'm sorry, we charged you wrong" kind of incident. But, she doubled down on the price and skirted around my questions. From an integrity standpoint (even if I had a lot of money), I can't support this type of business management. I'm really disappointed and sad, but it is what it is.
