You can tell their customer service is always very professional and helpful. They have coupons available so make sure to double check what fits your needs and save some extra cash! I have never tried this Pizza before but my girl and her family been coming here for decades. We ordered the ultimate pizza and a combination pepperoni and sausage and honey barbecue chicken wings. The pizza was great the chicken not so! needed to be cooked more. It was still pink inside. Have to give it 2 stars because half of my pizza was perfect and the other half was horrible it looked like vomit every slice I picked up from the pizza, the whole cheese and toppings would slide right off, I will leave pictures below for demonstration. I had this same order from this exact location before and has never been a problem. First time here and we spent about $69 and some change on a small two topping pizza, medium specialty pizza (black beard) ten buffalo garlic parm wings and a 12pc of the Texas cheese bread. The tv was a bit loud because the person taking our order couldn't really hear what we wanted, had to repeat ourselves a few times but once our order was in the food came out quick. The wall where we were sitting did have some sauce on it (must've been some kids sitting there before us) and the napkins are hella thin, needed a lot after every bite because of the grease on pizza and sauce on wings other than those two things I'd highly recommend this place. read more

We moved to Ontario last year and found this spot. It quickly became our pizza spot and even over took my absolute favorite hometown favorite in la verne. This one is less greasy and the ranch is still good. Wings are real chicken sized wings and so good! Recently we tried the deluxe pizza and it's like the old Costco combo pizza I loved (but now gone) . Embarrassingly enough we prob order Pizza Pirates at least twice a month now. Pizza pirates is very consistent! This has been our go to pizza place since we've lived in the chino/Ontario area. I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas online, and with a 10% off promo code the pizzas came to about $23! That's a great price for 2 delicious pizzas. The first pizza had pepperoni and olives, at my daughters request. Their topping, to sauce, to cheese ratio was perfect! The pizza slices were all about the same size, which is always nice in my opinion. The second was pepperoni and jalapeño for me and hubby. The jalapeños have some kick (IMO) and are delicious. They offer cheese , peppers , plates and napkins upon pickup for your carry out order. They deliver too but we live close by! They greeted my right away and got me in and out of there! Ordered on a Friday night, for our movie night! Got an extra large with 3 meats and 4 veggies, garlic crust and extra cheese! Took about 40 minutes, fair for a Friday night. If ordering through the website I suggest paying attention on which location you're ordering from. West Ontario is by Mountain and East location is by Grove. I accidently went to the wrong location. Side note Pizza was great, hot and with a lot of toppings! Crust was perfectly cooked and that garlic crust you can taste! If you like chicken I suggest picking the BBQ chicken as a topping instead of regular chicken. I think the quality of the pizza was much much better than your big chain companies. ***Huge side note before you order! **** The East location has rude customers. Not the stores fault but that's the geography audience I got from my first vitist. As soon as I walked in someone said "How stupid, why is he wearing a mask", then as I was waking towards the front to ask if I needed to wait in line for pick up, in the back you hear someone saying "Yeah yeah get your a$# to the back like everyone else" but with more profanity, it was my first time visiting so I wanted to confirm I had to wait for pick up as well. None of the employees were wearing a mask (In case this matters to you) The West location isn't as crowded, every employee was wearing a mask and there's more parking than the East location. I waited to visit both locations to leave a review in comparison. I know the experience matter so I wrote this for you to choose your location before ordering. Wish I could give lower stars. A truly terrible location whether it's the Manager or its workers is just ridiculous. I came at 11:04pm, store closed at 11am. I asked for my order and he said I already threw your order out. What?? Never will I order from such a location. As I walked in he handled a last batch of orders to his delivery guy and ignored me as I was walking in, then had the audasity to pull the it's your own fault card against me? I was 4 min skate and placed my order at 1030pm. Terribleness pediment and the company mends to look at the quality of its workers. Still sitting here and manager has done nothing to uphold a customer first approach. Should be fired, no roll for that here. Is what it is, at least it taught me never to use this stabilizing ever again. Terrible company can't wait until they go under. Never once have I had a good experience. Domio's and Pizza Hut still reign supreme. I want to talk to a corporate individual ASAP about this experience, people like that shouldn't be able to work there. My family recently moved around the area and found this pizza place as we were picking up hardware from the Lowe's nearby. So much variety in their pizzas and wings and the pizza was super hot, the cheese still melty and stretchy, the crust was soft and chewy with a bit of crunch, and best of all, the bottom was not soggy or dripping with oil. I've been a patron for 20+ years. It's been about 6 months sadly since I've been able to get over there as I'm one street above the last street they stop at. They rarely disappoint, unfortunately this one of those times. The website isn't working so no coupons can be used. I paid nearly $100 for 2xl specialty, 1Lg specialty, 1Lg antipasto salad, 1dz desert sticks. I'd say the quality is still there, but on the ultimate they skimped on the topping & it was mostly crust. It's getting to be too much, maybe 2x a year to eat there at the current cost. I understand inflation, salaries bc of California, and expansion, but I still can't get delivery up to my house in the same city 3.1 miles away. read more
