Quality, efficient service. Placing an appointment online was easy and fast. Staff are nice and helpful. My insurance covered the majority of the bill, thankfully. My Rx glasses came in fast. They had a frame with a minimalist design, which is what I wanted. I still don't like that part of the eye exam where they blow a gust at your eye. Gives me nightmares. I miss the days when the lens cleaning spray came with the glasses; now they offer it if you leave a Google review. read more

After VisionWorks refused to help me with a warranty claim on my Ted Baker frames, I had to contact the manufacturer myself to get a replacement. I brought the new frames in today so they could transfer my lenses, and while the employee was working on them, she DROPPED one of my lenses. She didn't apologize, didn't acknowledge it, nothing, just kept going. SMH. Now I'm pretty sure the left lens has a new scratch. I already had a few, but this one looked fresh, and it absolutely shouldn't have happened. Between refusing to help with the warranty and being careless with my lenses, this will definitely be my last time buying glasses from VisionWorks. read more

Very impressive!! Went in for an eye exam. They were thorough and very professional. Educated me a bunch. The entire staff and Doctor are very knowledgeable. Last eye exam I had was at Americas Best and they can't even compare to Visionworks. Don't get me wrong, Americas Best was very nice and curious but Visionworks is clearly a cut above. The eye exam cost was actually $5 cheaper also. I had a great experience, don't take my word for it. read more

My mom and I had a great experience at Visionworks. I had suspected pinkeye and they helped me diagnose it as allergies. A huge relief! They have neat technology and explained the entire process. Altogether, the staff was incredibly helpful. I might mistake their names but I believe my optometrist was named Dr. Nguyen and she was very welcoming. We were also helped by Ashley, Mike, and Nania (I can't remember her name exactly but she helped our check-in process). Huge thank you to the staff! read more

Looking to get my glasses updated, I was greeted by the staff. Dr. Nguyen was professional and very polite in my exam. She explained the redness was caused by pinguecula. She gave me some free samples to try and treat the redness. When I finished, they walked me over to Norgin who helped me pick out some frames. Norgin was very polite and knowledgeable about lens and frame options for my progressive prescription and was able to get 2 pairs at an incredible price! They put the glasses and exam on my health savings account (HSA) credit card. easy peasy read more
