I've never had any problems with this place until now. I went in four days ago for a pedicure and the woman was rude, she was rough on my nails, I couldn't wear shoes for two days, the color wasn't even on my nails, the nails were cut crooked, they left paint on the outsides of my nails and to top it off, they put the wrong color on my nails. I called them today and asked if I could get them fixed and they said to come in. I was a spectacle when I was seated, everyone had to come look, one of the men asked if I even got them done there because he didn't recognize the color!!! Then it was a big ordeal because they wanted to paint them the wrong color again , and were arguing with me!!! I'll never step foot in there again, that's absolutely a horrible way to treat a customer when it was their employee that made the mistakes!!! read more

I went in yesterday for a fill which, I have been in this salon for several times and would usually give them 5 stars however, today was the worst experience of the 20+ years I've had acrylic nails. The shape is sub standard, he rushed through in 30 minutes, didnt get the acrylic all the way to the back of the mail bed and had a horrible attitude the entire time all because I would let him upsell me to gel polish because I'm allergic to it! I went back this morning to talk to the manager, I wish I hadn't, he blamed it on the inferiority of standard nail polish, I tried to explain that the polish wasn't the issue, that the acrylic itself wasn't properly shaped, that the entire nail wasn't covered. He very rudely told me to pick another color. I asked if he was going to fix the acrylic, he didn't and said he would paint my skin is that's what I wanted... I said no, however I do want acrylic where it's supposed to be. Once he was done with the clear coat he placed my hands flat on the station and told me to stay still until they were dry! I have had several pedis here. I always come to this salon when I visit WA. Mai has always done a great job for me! I would recommend booking an appt but they do offer walk ins. It's a great value for the money! A pedi of this nature where I live would cost more than twice what they charge...and the massage wouldn't be nearly as good! The chair remotes are a bit difficult to figure out but Mai did that for me. I will continue coming to this salon for pedis when I'm in town for sure! read more

I had a pretty negative experience here. I went twice. First for a pedi and medi then just a medi. The eoman acted like she didnt want to work on me at all. I was very kind and polite and tipped well in cash. She was also playing games on her phone during. Also I'm use to more in depth medi pedi and all she did was file my nails and had me rub the cuticle oil on myself. It was very surprising. Don't go here! I went to get my nails taken off. The technician cut me down to the quip on one nail and tried to pull my nail off with her finger. I asked her to stop and she said my finger was sensitive! I said no you cut me . She refused to finish and I had to wait 20 min for a helper to finish. Helper used an unclean drill and then put it back in the clean bin. Not to mention my blood on the tools . They didn't disinfect anything! read more

Not to mention the Salon did not have the friendliest vibe, this woman was very aggressive with my hands, cut my natural nails way too short to where after I left, they started bleeding. Great service, attentive, friendly and reasonably priced. I was needing (wanting) my nails, mani/pedi, done before a recent trip. My normal placed was closed which I was expecting. I wanted to go to Body and Bath and noticed that this Salon was open. I thought what the heck, I'll try it. I walked in and they sat me and I did have to wait about 15 minutes but my feet were soaking and I was fine with that. I pay attention to everything. They effectively and efficiently cleaned spas between customers. (If you have a concern about the sanitization of your spa - ask them to reclean - they will I have seen others ask and they have done it) The sterilization of equipment in sanitizers on the wall in the rear of the salon. I opted for the hot stone and paraffin wax pedicure, which was divine, so relaxing and the price was only $35. They did a sugar scrub and then like a lavender eucalyptus treatment. It was amazing. I'm older so I love these pedicure to the knees. I just did regular polish on my toes. The manicure I did a regular polish but the job was beautiful with a nice hand and arm massage with a nice lotion and bit of oil. The price was around $60, total, and I generously tipped above that. A few notes. The Salon is busy! Walk-ins are accepted and they acknowledge everyone with a friendly greeting and if they can sit you immediately they do, and you may have to wait a few minutes. If it looks like it will take more than 15 minutes they do try to schedule you back in within an hour or two. The staff is friendly and although they do speak in their native language they are still attentive to the customers and their needs and will engage in friendly conversations. Regular customers and the staff have friendly conversations and you can tell that they come in frequently. The staff will ask customers if they are happy with the results! That was nice to hear. Your technician will also check you out and thank you for coming in. On my next two visits I was greeted with a friendly "welcome back" and a smile. I have upped my service from regular polish to gel polish, a small increase in price, on my finger nails because I am very hard on my finger nails and polish does chip and once it chips I will begin peeling. They told me come in and we will fix it. I decided to write this review because I was texting with a friend in California and she complimented my nails and I told her about my great little salon and the services. When she told me how much she pays "now" to have hers done. I had sticker shock. I have used several other salons in the Tri-Cities and although I received fairly good service. I now drive a bit out of my way to Luxury Nails because I like the staff, the service, the quality of the work, and the price fits into my budget. Plus the pedicures are my "guilty pleasure" and I enjoy the friendly staff. read more

Went to get a fill. My nails looked fine, but by the time I got home (35 minutes away)I had already broke one of my nails. The acrylic was waaayyy thin. Called spoke with Tommy he said he would fix them. Went in the following day, sat down. Tommy seemed very annoyed kept pulling at my hand loudly telling me to relax my hand multiple times. Cut me with the nail file, then the nail drill, was extremely rough. AND DID NOT APOLOGIZE. FOR ANY OF IT. If I could choose ZERO STARS I would. HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT. In short: DO NOT GO HERE. My mother and I made an appointment at 10. We got there 0955. Every chair for pedicures were full. We both were getting color change on both toes and fingernails. We had to wait 15 minutes before being seen. A lady (who I wish I had her name) came over and pointed to me but I opted for my mother to go first - she threw her hands up in the air and aggressively said "I don't know" and walked away with an attitude. Two ladies next to me ended up having the same issues. The lady who did my moms nails was very rude to her yanking on her hands and rudely telling her "relax". At the end even though it's against my nature not to tip I decided as she printed the Reciept and pointed to the tip I drew a line through and as I was signing she tried to snatch it out and had her hand on top of mine and I had to pull my hand out from under hers. When I got there they were fully booked and had someone remove my polish in the middle of another customers pedicure. (Felt bad for the lady that had to wait). I have gone to this place intermittently. The women who work there work hard & do a great job. Last visit, I was a walk-in and waited at a nail station maybe 10 minutes. My nail technician? A man in the back that someone woke up to come and service my nails. Dirty fingers, dirty station, half asleep, & that's the nail job I got.... I wish I had been more assertive, and walked out.
