His assistant joined in with comments that were discriminatory and inappropriate -- one remark being, "We only serve small parties of billionaires." It was obvious they did not want our business. As we decided to leave, staff followed us out to ensure we exited the property, which only confirmed the disrespect and bias we felt. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering that our group had come ready to support a local business in good faith.
