What makes them truly special is their commitment to the community: all their spirits are grown within 10 miles of where they are distilled. They use an 1800s Bucks County grist mill to stone-grind their ingredients, and they even recycle their spent grains to feed local cattle, pigs, and chickens. Whether you're into bourbon, vodka, tequila, or rum, or moonshine they have something for you. They even offer mocktails! My absolute favorite is the BMT--a perfect, refreshing blend of Dark Hollow Bourbon, a three-tea blend, maple syrup, turmeric, and lemon. They have a fantastic tasting room and offer both group tastings for parties and distillery tours. It's a great spot to gather with friends. The space is incredibly inviting, with plenty of character. Whether you want to sit at the long wooden bar, lounge in the leather seating area, or relax on the patio, it's the perfect place to unwind. You can even do a "Shop & Sip" while you explore the village! The staff is so warm and welcoming. On my first visit, they even gave me a fantastic dinner recommendation. They have a great retail selection, including infusion kits, bourbon-barrel-aged coffee, maple syrup, honey, and even delicious bourbon jerky. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. We came into town on a train beer crawl with two other couples and thought this would be a nice break from the brew. It was a bit after lunch and the place was not crowded. I got a Pennsylvania sour, a rye drink. Served with three layers of liquor with different specific gravities. So the drink was layered. I enjoyed it a very unique flavor as I drank through the glass.
