Noticeable mold/mildew buildup inside the shower vent.
    Bubba W.

Pros : LOVE the customer service. Every person here was super sweet and welcoming. I love that they also give little welcome gifts, it's amazing and shows how much they care! I loved how they let you use free boogie boards, bags, towels, and sunscreen (a lot of guest leave sunscreens there for others to use!) Free breakfast was amazing, hard to find hotels in Waikiki with free breakfast. There was a lot of comfortable seating in the lobby to eat and they also had a lot of card and board games to play! Another plus is how close it was to the beach and bus stop!!!! About a 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, 2 minute walk to the bus stop, and amazing food place / food trucks nearby! Cons : Felt SO dirty! I went into the bathroom and I just wish they'd clean these areas. It wasn't rust by the way, we used a towel to wipe and it went on the towel. Don't even know what this stuff was. Felt so disgusted and asked them to switch our room. We got a new room and were still super dirty but didn't even want to keep complaining at that point. There was visible rust on the towel rack and noticeable mold/mildew buildup inside the shower vent. These are areas that should be routinely cleaned and maintained, especially in a hotel bathroom. Room is also very small, but good for max 2 people. Overall it was a good place to do the basics like sleep and shower. If you're not spending much time in your hotel room, going to be outside most of your trip, and looking for something affordable with a lot of amenities this is a good place and totally worth it to book! Might not be the cleanest but everything else makes it worth it! Location, customer service, amenities, it's hard to beat especially in Waikiki! Just wish it was cleaner.

Wow - this hotel is a vibrant and wonderful place to stay. Let me tell you why: The décor everywhere is bright, modern and definitely Hawaiian. It is two blocks from Waikiki Beach. They have Beach supplies waiting for you - beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. The breakfast is amazing - hot foods, baked goods, great fresh, hot coffee and two yards of freshly cut fruit. Yum The staff are really friendly and helpful. Everything I here is mellow, comfortable and beautiful. I'm so glad we picked this hotel rather than one of the big box places right in the middle of Waikiki. We're having a wonderful visit. And a bonus: daily room service Who does that anymore?

Great value! Staff is kind and helpful. Great breakfast and 2 blocks to beach! They even have free beach chairs, umbrellas, mats & tiles for your use!!

I stayed at Vive in 2021 so I was excited to come back this time around. This time was very different from the first. I think the rooms can really use a deep cleaning and an update! The first room I was in was horrible and super tiny! There was dust all over the window and the Bathroom was really bad- stained tub, grimy floor, rusted exposed pipes, mold on vents, dirty old air conditioner! I called and let them know that it would be a late check in because of the nature of my flight and the man noted my account and was like fine; we'll have a nice and cozy room for you. Nice and cozy, it was not! I felt like they gave me the worst room in the place because it literally looked like a run down motel room.. I immediately went and asked to be moved! Second room was better but still looked dated.. Bathroom was better but sink was draining super slow! Queen room was tiny as well! Furniture had stains and visible wear and tear- the chair that was in there was a mess; I couldn't sit nor put my luggage on it! Location is cool, you're a block away from the beach and extremely close to the bus but there's quite a few old looking unkept buildings around you as well! There's also a few homeless and questionable looking people lying around as well. They lock the doors and only allow keyed access from I think 9pm till 9am ( don't quote me because I can have this time wrong) so that makes you feel safe. The fruit and coffee at breakfast was a plus and Vive also supplies you with everything you'd need to use for a cool beach day! They also have plenty of handed and books available to use in the lobby! Other plus was they clean your room and put in new towels daily! Spent about $1100 for 4 days! I didn't spend a lot of time in my room because I had lots of tours and stuff!! Was literally a spot to crash in!! Lobby looked nice tho, but I see where a few places in Hawaii have really cut Instagramable lobbies and old and outdated rooms!

We really loved our stay at Vive Hotel; it's in such a wonderfully walkable spot, the price is comfortable mid-range, and the daily breakfast is simple but appreciated: think toast, pastries, fresh papaya and melon, warm oatmeal, and rotating eggs with bacon or sausage, all self-serve and easy. The welcome pineapple juice was such a sweet touch, and they even checked in on our anniversary stay by text, which felt genuinely thoughtful. We did have a small hiccup with housekeeping one day when our room wasn't cleaned by mid-afternoon and we were trying to nap when they arrived, but they quickly brought us fresh towels so it all worked out. The rooms have window AC, great water pressure, and practical amenities -nothing super fancy, but everything you need. The resort fee covers fun extras like borrowed beach chairs, bags, sunscreen, and a cute little library. Friendly staff, safe atmosphere, and a price that doesn't make your wallet cry... we felt so welcome here and would absolutely recommend it.

sunset ocean view from our hotel

My husband and I stayed here for a delayed honeymoon during the beginning-mid October of this year. We originally booked a different hotel, but after seeing a handful of terrible reviews for the other hotel, we decided to switch and stay with VIVE instead. We went back and forth between finding a place with an ocean front view or not, and decided that it was okay not having an ocean front view, as we could probably find somewhere within walking distance of the beach - which VIVE hotel is (it is also within walking distance of the main shopping strip, tons of other really good food places, 20 min from the airport by car, 10 min from Diamond Head by car, and 10 min by walking from the Honolulu Zoo). Upon arriving, we first dropped our rental car off with the valet who was cordial and helpful. Check-in went smoothly - we paid for the rest of our trip (since the reservation was only the first night's deposit) and we also were given these yummy pineapple drinks right at the front desk ! The guy at the front desk also told us about the free usage of beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler bags, and the like, and also gave us a sheet of the best food and activity recommendations around Waikiki and the island. When we got to our room, it was as expected as we saw on the website when reserving it - we had booked the ocean view suite (note: something important about booking in Hawaii is that ocean front is different from ocean view!). My husband appreciated the large shower area, and we both appreciated how many channels were available via cable (I think?) on the television (we wish it would have been easier to live cast our phones onto the TV though. I think there was an option to do so but it was not as easy to figure out as for example a Roku device). Some other room related things to praise - neighbors were quiet and room service always respected our 'do not disturb' sign. Another huge perk about VIVE hotel that was a win point for us was the complimentary breakfast ! It wasn't anything fancy and it was really just a continental-style breakfast, but it was a lot ! There were always eggs, some kind of meat (usually sausage or bacon), fruits, sweet pastries, savory pastries, toast, and oatmeal. They also had orange juice, coffee, and tea. As someone who is generally pescatarian, I still got by, but I wish they would have had some kind of non-meat savory pastry at least ! Oh also, throughout the day, they left the coffee and tea out. Another thing to note is that the kitchen and lobby area always have a microwave, hot water, and cold water for all the guests. It was always nice getting our rental car from the valets, too ! We never had to wait long and they were so friendly. Quick note also about valet - parking when we went cost an additional $40 per night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here ! Some small cons: The bedding was not entirely clean on our first night, same with some of the bath towels. I saw some dirt marks and stains on them. However, for the rest of our time there, these were always replaced with clean ones. Continuing on the topic of cleanliness, the breakfast/lounging area had these fabric chairs with a lot of stains/crumbs on them that did not seem to be cleaned. Also I know some people did not prefer the limited seating there during breakfast, but somehow my husband and I always managed to grab a seat somewhere, since we did not mind sitting with other people. The elevators are also hard to catch in the mornings - as I think people are heading down and up for breakfast and checking out. There was one day where my husband and I ended up just taking the stairs from the eighth floor because we were waiting so long. Regardless of these points, we still enjoyed staying at VIVE and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for hotels in Waikiki !

We had an amazing stay here! There was a problem with our booking and the staff quickly accommodated us and resolved the issue. The included hotel breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh fruits, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, and rotating sausage/bacon. Location was amazing - just a few minutes from the beach, the International Marketplace and many restaurants. Free beach gear rentals was the cherry on top!

    Mold in AC

Pretty disappointed with this hotel as it was highly reviewed on Yelp and on booking websites. We stayed here for the first 3 days of our trip and we did not have a pleasant stay. We booked an ocean view queen room. You can barely see the ocean as it was blocked by a taller hotel right across. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything happening out on the streets. It was dirty and felt really small for 2 people. The walls were dirty. The AC had mold on the inside, was really loud, and cooled down the room really slow. There were stains on the carpet, sheets, and towels. Bathroom felt very cramped as well. The toilet didn't flush well. On the day we requested room cleaning, we came back to a nice tray of snacks on our bed, thinking this was their small gift to us since we mentioned we were on our honeymoon. We flipped the card over only to find out it wasn't addressed to us. They gave us another guests' card....wonder if they got ours instead. On a more positive note, they had complimentary breakfast, water refill stations, and beach equipment for you to borrow. It is located within walking distance to several places downtown. We were able to check in early as we arrived prior to our check in time. Front desk was very friendly and provided us complimentary pineapple juice upon arrival.

Vive hotel in Waikiki is great. A few blocks from Waikiki beach, it's situated well in main city area of Oahu. The welcome included pineapple juice! Also the lobby is clean and has a water filter to fill up for water on your trip. I chose this hotel because of the free breakfast. Good choice since this had fresh fruit all day, coffee, hot water, bread and pastries. My family and I just enjoyed the fresh fruit all morning! They also provide beach rentals- towels, mats, chairs, etc. as other hotels. We also picked valet to park rental car, for peace of mind. Service staff is really good and the hotel has board games and books downstairs to use during downtime. Housekeeping is good. Room was clean and did have a slight ocean view. Only downside was there was only one working elevator out of two, so we had to wait for long during daytime, but otherwise all good. Highly recommend for your Oahu stay!

We were researching hotels in the Waikiki area and found that this one had positive reviews at a good price so we decided on Vive Hotel. It is in a central location and is walking distance from most attractions. They have a parking lot which is nice if you rent a car, and check-in and check-out times are 3pm and 11am respectively. When we arrived to check in, we were offered complimentary pineapple juice which was a nice touch with a Hawaiian feel. They have a comfortable and relaxing lounge area with board games for guests to borrow. They have complimentary breakfast everyday from 7-9:30am which was actually pretty tasty and featured a variety of fruit. Our room was on the smaller side but was quaint and nice. It had a desk, mini-fridge, and TV on the wall. The staff was very accommodating and getting towels and other items were easy; a quick call and they brought them up pretty quickly. One downside was that the AC unit was quite loud and clanky, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Also, being next to a bus stop meant that it could be noisy in the morning. One nice perk is that they offer beach chairs, mats, towels, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas for guests to borrow. Another perk is that they allow guests to store luggage with them after check-out in case you want to explore the area some more. We had a really nice stay here and it was really clean!

This hotel was definitely a 10/10! I would definitely recommend anyone staying here. The customer service, the room, and breakfast were all just amazing! My family and I had the best time in Hawaii and this hotel had a lot to do with it. A huge shout out to Arnel that works in the Valet parking! Ohhhhhhh Arnel was just the BEST! Everyone should stay here just to chat with this man! His recommendations were very helpful!

Our honeymoon was delayed. Thanks, Obama.

LOCATION Waikiki is the place to stay if you prefer the convenience of big city life over the rustic, sleepy parts of Oahu that are less than an hour away. Vive is a five minute walk to the beach and anything else you will need (food, drink, bike rental). SERVICE Everyone is super friendly and attentive, from check-in to valet to food servers to maids. LOBBY Attractive lobby with rec room feel, with board games, small library, a pair of swinging chairs. After my wife sat in one, I asked her if she wanted to swing. She pointed out a tall Australian which was awkward. To keep out the riff-raff (there isn't much), doors close 9pm-9am to anyone without a key. Warning: the elevator voice whispers "one" when you get to the lobby, and it sounds like a ghost. It's creepy. It's doubly creepy if your name is Juan. AMENITIES Either from the front desk or the valet, beach gear (boogie boards, towels, mats) is available without any paperwork, deposits, waiting, thumbprints, etc. VALET You pay at the end ($35 each day, as of 2/23), and you get in and out priviliges. Valet is not my favorite, I don't know why. It could be security, pressure to load or unload quickly, tipping or tip guilt, or stranger farts (best show on Netflix), but it was super convenient. BREAKFAST Open for two hours (7-9am), it gets packed, but the food is always being replenished and the food area is clean. Each day was bread (regular or sweet, plus three different muffins, croissant, with jellies, butter squares, and peanut butter), hot oatmeal (w/ choc chip and coconut for toppings), 4-5 fruits, pineapple juice, coffee (not strong, but available all day), water and ice, cheese sometimes (my fave Cure song), plus rotating meat (diced ham or sausage links or bacon) and eggs (hard-boiled or scrambled). The main traffic is at the two four-slice toasters and a pair of unintuitive toaster ovens. Every day we saw foreigners complain that they didn't have milk. Tables are limited, so you may need to use a coffee table and eat living-room style. Bonus: hotel breakfast likely saved us $30 or more a day, plus it made us get out of bed by 8:30 and start our daye ROOM Nice enough. Clean. Comfortable. Wifi worked. Water pressure sucked, but the water was instantly hot. Fridge. No heater. One downside is noise. Even from the 17th floor and the a/c on, you could hear the cars and people from the street. However, I did not hear my neighbors, which is more important to me. And vice versa. Especially when my neighbors look at us after hearing us fight all night from the "swinging" mix-up, and I have to tell them we were watching Ozark.

Hotel offers different types of pillows in the room and spare blanket in armoire. Also in the armoire is hangers, an ironing board and steaming iron, which came in handy for those wrinkled linen shirts mashed in my suitcase. The Bathroom. - one sink with a little counter top space but sufficient. The toilet was also bidet in the master bath. The shower pressure on 21st is ok but low, but it did the job. The Ac in room was awesome! It gets super cold, if you need it, quickly. It was nice for those hot humid days of walking in Waikiki. It had an In-room mini fridge and bar sink with 4 real drinking glasses, which I like. Hated there was no freezer in the mini fridge But the bell hop station offers to freeze ice packs, or whatever you need, for you. We had 3 sliding doors with west views and moderate views of Waikiki beach. The Second bedroom has own bath with also a single sink, toilet and shower- No bidet. The room/bedding/bathrooms were clean with no mold in the showers. The furniture showed a little wear but nothing excessive. The Elevators were fast! The pool, mangers reception and breakfast are all on the 4th Floor (terrace level). Breakfast was typical of Embassy Suites, I like the made to order omelette which makes it much better. Lots of fresh fruit and even some miso soup and other Japanese/Hawaiian offerings. The Staff was awesome and super friendly. I Used valet every day. Great service, fast and practical IMO but hard to swallow the daily fee. The hotel was attacked to the Waikiki beach walk. Island vintage coffee was a regular stop for coffee and sometimes breakfast. Order coffee or food to go online after 8am to save a ton of time standing in line. Hotel was Very close to all ththe shops. Awesome location. Much better location than Hilton Hawaiian village location!!! Our fav restaurant close by the hotel was Kana Pilla and Monkey Pod, which were across the street. Make sure to make Open Table reservations for both way ahead of time. I did mine 2 months out. Housekeeping willing to clean and supply new towels daily however linens are not cleaned but every 5 day, unless you request it, which they are happy to do! Views from 21st floor were awesome and all 21st floor rooms had extensive balconies. 3 sliding doors. Keep in mind Ac doesn't work, yes the fan blows, when the doors are open!! It's too humid at night to sleep with them open so we had them open for select times, mostly am. There's a Washer/dryer laundry room on site, 3rd floor only. It was Very convenient especially packing 4 days of clothes for a 10 day trip so our suitcases weren't stuffed . Use laundry room on sundays/mon or late evenings when people are too busy arriving and leaving. $5.25 to each wash load and I think $4.75 to dry. Washers only wash with cold which I like. Perm press on dryer seemed to dry all our shirts and socks well. We hung our nice Aloha shirts on the hangers in the room and they dried within a day. Washer and dryers take credit cards. Yes they're is a soap machine that also takes credit cards. I didn't use and just bought soap from ABC. ABC stores are EVERYWHERE so don't lug around suntan lotion or waters in your suitcase. Just buY at ABC which is only 20 steps away. FYI ABC doesn't no GIVE out bags for items unless you spend over a certain amount. ANC bags cost like .50 cents. ABC has Awesome poke and alcohol (spirit and beer) choices. Yes single purchase tall beers too. Don't forget the free brief fireworks show in front of the Hilton Hawaii Village on Friday nights only. We saw them set off at 7:45p by the lagoon. It's amazing how many people attend so be prepared for the crowds to and from. Big tip: make open table reservations for all your restaurants months ahead! All places are super busy until about 8:45 pm on most nights. Hope I helped.

WORDS TO DESCRIBE Halepuna Hotel: Modern, clean, safe, economically and environmentally friendly (bamboo room cards, water dispensers for your reusable water bottles), bright, airy, quality service in hospitality and room service LOCATION I loved staying at the Halepuna Hotel. It was centrally located at the beach walk, so ABC Store, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. *It was difficult finding the location of the hotel, when we first arrived. There was no big sign that you can spot, while you're driving, so my landmarks I always looked for were the ABC Store and Denny's. STAFF/SERVICE: Everyone that we came across during our stay was very friendly, generous, kind, and attentive. A shoutout to the Valet Service crew, especially RJ. He gave us recommendations for where to go. He always made us smile and laugh with his jokes. Thank you Uncle! AMENITIES: ROOMS Our room was equipped with charge stations-usb and usb c compatible plugs, ironing board/iron, mini fridge, ice bucket, tea kettle, and coffee maker. BATHROOM Well stocked with towels, a drying cord, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I appreciated that instead of your standard toilet, the hotel had bidets! *Great water pressure for showering. The tub was also spacious, if you wanted to take a bubble bath. 8TH FLOOR GYM-Equipped with a lot of machines Water dispenser Additional restrooms/shower room LAUNDRY ROOM is open 24/7 There are 3 washers and 4 dryers You can pay using your credit card or download the WASH CONNECT app *Friendly suggestions: -As a guest, bring your own laundry soap/dryer sheets--or go to the ABC Store if you forget your laundry supplies -Make sure to clean the lint trap before you put your clothes in -Put a timer on your phone to check on your clothes GARDEN -Serene, tranquil, peaceful, spacious -------- Friendly Suggestions for Halepuna Hotel -Have a big sign stationed outside the hotel, perhaps elevate the height of the sign and add lights to it, so it's easy to spot for first time visitors ------- All in all I enjoyed staying at the Halepuna Hotel. The services and amenities provided were excellent. I can't wait to visit again soon! Mahalo Halepuna Hotel!

Still our favorite hotel for our family staycation! We've been coming to Hilton Hawaiian Village…read morefor years and have stayed in just about every tower except one, and we've enjoyed each experience. We're not high-maintenance travelers--we simply appreciate the opportunity to spend quality time together, and every stay here creates lasting memories. One of our favorite conveniences is the ABC Stores on the property. They're reasonably priced and have surprisingly good sushi and poke bowls for a quick meal. This summer visit was noticeably busier than our fall stays. The pools were definitely crowded, and the village was packed with tourists. While people say tourism is down, that certainly wasn't our experience--it felt very lively throughout our stay. Instead of driving, we used Lyft to visit the Waikīkī International Market Place, which ended up being much cheaper than paying for parking and was well worth it. During this trip, we stayed in the Kalia Tower and loved our room's view overlooking the ocean, lagoon, harbor, and even the marketplace below. My husband also enjoyed using the fitness center. He mentioned it was busiest in the mornings and mid-afternoons, so evenings seemed like the best time to work out. One of the highlights of our stay was our daily feathered visitor--a pigeon that stopped by to greet us every day, which became a fun little tradition. Overall, we had another wonderful stay and made more great family memories. We're already looking forward to coming back again next year!

With all respect to the Hilton family, The Hilton name should be removed from this iconic property…read more It's an embarrassment to say the least. The Hilton accomodation standards are shamefully missing from this iconic resort. After reading several reviews and confirming that the iconic Rainbow Tower just completed its multi million dollar renovation, I secured a Rainbow Kai High-Floor Oceanfront room. Room 2719. The room view was spectacular however the room itself was not Hilton comfortable. Decor was nice but not what we anticipated it would be. After our first night it became obvious that the multi million dollar tower renovation was cosmetic only. A/C system was noisy and not adequate enough for sleeping comfortably. Mini fridge leaked water on floor. Hot water in Shower/Tub/Sink took between 4 - 6 1/2 minutes to get warm/hot. NO EXAGGERATION Closet had a musty odor and wooden hangers that were absolutely disgusting and should have been discarded years ago. The super (main) pool was littered with leaves and debris with zero upkeep maintenance. The tower elevators were another issue. The elevator lobby facade was updated but that was it. The wait for an elevator was absolutley ridiculous. The tower has 6 cars with smart technology. Once inside you couldn't help notice how old they were. Loose wires, dirty mirrors as well as creeks, bangs, scrapes. Definitely an unnerving experience. The Hotel wait staff were very friendly and hospitable although no one stood out for name recognition. The MOD (Manager on Duty) did provide a $200 and $100 resort credit for the hot water issues. She did indicate that the recently completed renovation was a cosmetic upgrade only and that interior building components (Water pipes, elevator mechanical upgrades etc.) were not included. The Rainbow Tower was originally completed and opened in 1968 The property itself is expansive. The beach, lagoon, pools, shops and restaurants are all located on property within a 5-10 minute walk. Conveinant ride share area as well as Charley's Taxi service for an immediate ride with 24 hour availability at the bell stand. While Park Hotels and Resorts fully funded the capital improvements as the property owner, the daily resort operation and management remain under the Hilton brand. Such a shame.

One of the important standards I look for in a hotel stay, is a focus on supporting locals. For me, if there's a Starbucks in the lobby, then I'm already disappointed. This hotel has one of my favorite local chain cafes, Honolulu Coffee Company. The only local café that has consistently made perfect crema foe decades. Starbucks baristas are not trained for this. The hotel also has restaurants with lots of local flavor. The sushi buffet is amazing but difficult to get a reservation on the weekends. 100 Sails also has a buffet though ordering ala cart seemed like the best choice for us. Best place to view the Friday fireworks. Our only disappointment was how much street noise we could hear throughout the night, even though we were on the 28th floor.

We booked the Club Premier package, and we felt it was worth it because breakfast at 100 Sails Restaurant on the 3rd floor was excellent every morning. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is not included with your stay and must be paid for separately, which is something to factor into the overall cost. One big concern was the snacks on the 5th floor. We came across moldy bread, which was definitely concerning. I would think the staff would check the food before putting it out, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel. I loved that we could grab coffee every morning from Honolulu Coffee without having to leave the hotel. The lines can get long, but the service is fairly quick. The staff, overall, were not very welcoming and often seemed serious. However, on Monday, June 29, there was an older woman who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She really stood out and made us feel appreciated. One other issue was that the body wash in our room was never refilled, so we ended up not having any during our stay. We also requested a later check out and our key cards aren't working. The front desk never mentioned anything about need to change keys cards if we had a later check out and now we're outside our rooms having to go back downstairs and change our key cards. And they were making it complicated because they wanted my drivers license even though it's in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the beautiful views, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made it a memorable family vacation.

I stayed at this outrigger property 2 nights from March 6, 2026-March 8, 2026…read more When I checked in I was informed since my stay was for 2 nights if I needed to have my room cleaned to let housekeeping know. Once my room became available I dropped off my luggage and then went directly to the beach. When I returned I did notice some areas of concern where the room was not very well cleaned. Instead of calling housekeeping I went directly downstairs to the front desk. Front desk personnel were busy as there were only 2 people assisting the long line of quests. I decided I'll just deal with the room uncleanliness later. Please be advised that I did take pictures. Once I checked out on Sunday, March 8th, I advised the front desk personnel my concerns. The manager Ira listened to my concerns as I showed her my pictures. She immediately apologized and ask that I email the pictures to their corporate office. Which I did once I arrived back to the mainland. In the room there's a finger or toenail clipping on the carpet between the console and couch. Also you can also see that portion of the carpet has not been vacuumed. The clothed bench in front of bed was extremely stained and filthy. So filthy that I covered the bench with a bath towel if I needed to sit down. Also the refrigerator was very dirty. I chose not to put any food items in the fridge because of this. Also the bottom of the toilet is stained with either fecal matter, urine or maybe it's rust. If so, clean it then use caulking. These are the concerns I have with room 403. Hopefully I'll be hearing from upper management in regards to my unpleasant stay in room 403. The best part of staying at this hotel was the show Auana which is located at this hotel. Needless to say I will not stay at this hotel again.
