Very delicious Vietnamese fusion food. Great service. The server is always friendly and welcoming. Pretty spacious cozy modern vibe restaurant with some booth and tables seatings. We tried the trio appetizer and some rice dishes and it was great. Vivi pho is definitely one of our favorite Asian restaurants on Colorado blvd. And highly recommend.

I stopped by for dinner last night and thought this place was average. Order the combo pho (pho dac biet). They only allow you to order a medium or large for the combo pho so I got the medium. Portion size was good. They didn't give a whole lot of meat, tendon was very flavorful, and there were lots of noodles. As for the broth, it was on the sweeter side, I didn't think it had a whole lot of flavor. I did appreciate that they gave a lot of beansprouts. Service was good. People came over to check in quite frequently and they were very nice. There was lots of seating indoors with TVs available for entertainment.

They have vegan options!! Everything was so pho-king good. The broth was perfect, they were very generous with the veggies and tofu. I added extra tofu because I just can't get enough. It was prepared perfectly. The vibe in this place is nice and casual. It's comfortable and the music isn't obnoxious. The servers are quick and friendly. I'd definitely eat here again.

Wow! Found another hole-in-the wall gem! We ordered the Vivi Special Appetizer, which is where you make your own Summer Rolls at the table. The grilled beef, chicken and shrimp were all very flavorful and delish. Lots of fresh basil, cilantro, and vegetables. This was more than enough for 4 people. Service was good, very knowledgeable and friendly Vietnamese staff. We will be back!

Pho was very good, and the bao mass as well but everything else was just alright. The place did not seem as the cleanest one but the service was super fast and good.

Never wrote a review but been coming here since 2018 and they never disappoint. Broth is full of flavor. Service is great!

This is one of my favorite pho places in Denver, both for delivery and now dining in. So glad I finally made time to visit after ordering via DoorDash for several years. My friend and I came here for lunch. Plenty of parking. Service was SUPER fast and efficient. Got Bun Bo Hue for food then Vietnamese Coffee to-go. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Can't wait to come here again and hopefully make it a regular occurrence!

Look... Bun Dac Biet is a very basic item at any Pho restaurant. But does that mean it's done well? Nope. First of all... the portion was generous. The egg roll was spot on... nice, even frying. I hate places that inconsistently fry their eggrolls or over fry them to the point they're dry and burnt. Not here. I also like the grilling on the meats... nice grill marks - WITHOUT over grilling. Meat had the char on the outside for flavor and smoke but still moist and flavorful meat on the inside. I also can't get over how good the bun is! A lot of places... bun is dry... or clumpy or broken to pieces, but at Pho Lang Co the bun was cooked perfectly... still held it's shape... had perfect soft chew. My only small complaint is the pork is marinaded with red food coloring or char siu. Which... It's not terribly bad, but often times that doesn't lend much to the flavor, but used more for esthetics. Not a common ingredient for Vietnamese grilling, more so Chinese style. But No big deal. I'm still going to order this again. So for my to give a 5 start on 1 dish... means I really liked my one dish. I look forward to trying other items on the menu!

The food was good but nothing to merit the hype that this place received, let alone the prices asked for. The restaurant was very busy and a pet peeve of mine (which is no fault of the staff, I understand) is being seated late when a reservation had been made. What's the point of offering reservations, then? We were sat in a corner on a very very small table for two. We had to remove the lamp off the table to barely make room for our orders. My friend ordered a bottle of their sparkling water which was placed in an ice bucket out of our table's reach. It wouldn't have been an issue if we didn't have to keep asking for the glasses to get refilled. I believe the hype of this restaurant got the better of the actual dining experience. The food was nothing spectacular and the service was severely lacking. I liked their eggplant dish, Specially with the pinot noir the Sommolier recommended and that is all. The restaurant was definitely more on the Vietnamese side of cuisine but there are several other Vietnamese restaurants with better food and better service. As far as their French influence....there are also other French restaurants that I would consider before returning here. The novelty of this restaurant in our area is the attempted fusion of the two cuisines. Quite honestly, the sisters shot their shot and the service and food, jusy missed the mark. I wouldn't go back, personally.

The servers were also really nice and made sure to check on us often. My only complaint is that the portions seemed a bit smaller than what I'm used to at most pho restaurants. I almost always leave with leftovers, but I finished my entire bowl here. It was absolutely delicious, but I don't think that was the only reason. Service was incredibly slow for how empty the restaurant was. After more than 30 minutes of waiting and no sign of our server, another server finally came to check on us and realized none of our order tickets made it to the kitchen. This could have easily been recognized by the original server had he even showed up to check on us during this time. I wish I could say the food was worth the wait. The pork egg rolls we got had just 1 piece of lettuce and barely pickled veggies to accompany it. I was confused that my house pho with beef short rib came with the meat on the side, which was sadly very cold and chewy. The broth itself was fine, but the chili oil pooled so much and was too greasy to be palatable. Our server did at least remove the apps from our bill as an apology for the service and I did at least find the food edible. For a $20 bowl of pho though I am still left feeling offended and full of regret that I didn't just wait it out for Noodles by Nina. We all left agreeing that the only enjoyable part of our meal was the 2010s hits playlist.

I wish it had a few more jalapeño, but I bet it's a local preference thing, and I'm sure if I asked, they would have added. Also, I'm kind of a pig when I am away from home (hence my search for something light), and I'm always concerned a sandwich doesn't fill me up, but I am stuffed. Way more satisfying than a Subway sandwich, although comparing the two is somewhat insulting to this banh mi. I added the combo that provides an egg roll and iced coffee (I was going to buy a coffee for $5 anyways, the combo is $4. No brainer).
