Once I finally found the spot, the salon appeared clean and I was immediately greeted by Ana. She had me go online to the salon's website to fill out the waiver so if you haven't done this save yourself some time and do it ahead of time if possible! Ana then proceeded to explain the sugaring process to me since this was my first time. To my surprise there was a special going on so my wax was cheaper than the originally booked price! Yay! She did not reach out until that evening and proceeded to ACCUSE me and made me feel I was at fault for confirming the wrong date.
