7:22 **Disappointing Experience During a Special Moment** We visited this bridal shop with high hopes--my daughter, the bride-to-be, was joined by her sister (the maid of honor), her future mother-in-law, and me, her mom. Things started off well: our consultant seemed attentive and asked about my daughter's preferences. My daughter hadn't yet nailed down a budget, but we felt optimistic. However, the tone shifted unexpectedly. We used small yes/no signs to communicate reactions to dresses, trying to keep things light and clear. When we held up a "no" sign for the second dress, the consultant's demeanor changed dramatically. Instead of fostering open dialogue, we felt reprimanded. She told us we were being rude, that it's the bride's choice, and implied our reactions might sway her decision even if she truly liked the dress. Her consultant even told my daughter in the fitting she needed to lower her expectations, I mean who does this to any bride. Of course, we trust my daughter would speak up if she loved a gown, regardless of our opinions. After that exchange, the warm, collaborative vibe disappeared. What should ve been joyful felt tense and uncomfortable-and that's a memory we can't get back. Everyone deserves to feel celebrated and respected while choosing a wedding dress. (got very lucky and blessed my family was there to help take care of the difference) other than that the dresses are all very gorgeous- mainly focusing on the finer details like pearls lace etc. would recommend over Luv Bridal! all their dresses over there feel like they are missing something. read more

Came here in a group of 4 for a bridal appointment at noon on a Sunday and had a wonderful experience with the consultant Joanna. Our appointment was an hour and a half, and the bride was able to try on a variety of dresses. The appointment started off with her asking questions regarding the venue, when the wedding would take place, and the style of the dress she was interested in, among other things. From there, we sat in front of the dressing room while the bride tried on dresses. Joanna was very accommodating and sweet; she was happy to let the bride see the dress in the mirror in natural light and pulled various veil options for the bride to try on with the different dresses. For $75, you can opt for a sparkle package where you can get champagne bottle service and treats for you and up to 5 guests. We were given water bottles at the beginning so we did stay hydrated. At the end of the appointment, the bride set up a follow up appointment to go back in to decide whether she'd like to purchase her first choice. Parking is available in the back. The interior is very cute and you'll get a boutique wedding dress shopping experience. The budget wasn't discussed but the dresses seemed fairly priced (for wedding dresses). Overall, it's a good spot with a variety of dresses that isn't overwhelming and sweet staff. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. This was my second stop on my wedding dress journey and from the moment I walked in and the associate looked at me she stated oh your between regular and plus size so look at the plus size area. That was shocking to me when I was just in Scottsdale at a bridal shop and the lady never said anything to me about my size and just picked out dresses that would look good with my curves. I did end up trying some dresses on and one was nice but way overpriced for what it was. The whole vibe was not it !! I also had no idea how much the dresses cost and what they start at so when they asked me what my budget was I said $1500. Just to be clear, we could have purchased any dress in that store. This is where I found my dress! I originally found them through Instagram. I has so happy with how personalized my experience was. I found my dress on my first visit there but I did not want to say yes that day. I wanted to wait for my family to fly in so they could see it in person.
