Dr. Vizcarra has done an amazing job with the amount of work my teeth needed. He replaced all of my crowns as they were old and breaking down. He is courteous, professional and actually cares about his clients. My last dentist left me traumatized but Vizcarra was very reassuring and made sure my procedures were as painless as possible. The staff are great, professional, courteous and I enjoy chatting with them. He also took care of a few root canals, which are never fun. I'm very happy with the experience. On one occasion I had to go to a different dentist as I needed work done (emergency ). The experience made me decide not to go back for follow up treatment and had the follow up treatment done with Dr. Vizcarra. Now I had another point of comparison and was glad to have Vizcarra as my dentist. I've usually been nervous getting any dental work done in the past but since coming to Dr. Vizcarra I feel so much more at ease and actually look forward to my appointments. They explain everything really thoroughly and make sure I'm fully comfortable before doing anything. Very happy with our visit! My daughter has been having pain in one of her teeth for a couple months. After several visits to other doctors, the could not resolve it. Chipped my tooth snowboarding and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Vizcarra immediately. He took precautions with checking the nerves on my tooth before adding the fillings, carefully placed anaesthesia and did an amazing job on fixing my tooth. Beyond satisfied with the results, and it was definitely a painless experience. Loved how they also had wireless headphones and no other dentist I've gone to has that! So you can actually watch the movie (and not stress about any procedure) rather than see glimpses of scenes - which is what usually happens. Can't recommend this place enough! The staff is friendly and they made me feel comfortable. There was very little wait time. When Dr. Vizcarra came to see me he very friendly and very responsive, he was honestly compassionate. Vizcarra Dentistry is the best dental office in Southern California. The entire staff treats you like family. The office is impressive on its own, always clean and immaculate. The equipment that is used is very up to date and well-kept. When I was seated for my cleaning, I was given the option of whether or not I wanted to have the light massage rollers turned on during my cleaning! There is also a list of movies available to keep my entertained throughout my appointment. The staff is extremely friendly. They were very kind and accommodating when I was setting up my appointment. The front office personnel really showed that they care about you! My hygienist, Danika, is amazing! She is always very thorough, but gentle during the cleaning. At my previous dental office, my "cleaning" was only 10 minutes, that I bet they didn't even really clean anything. When Dr. Vizcarra came in for the routine check-up after the cleaning, he was very friendly and informative. He did a great job explaining everything that was going on, and he even used the computer monitor to show me what he was talking about! Dr. Vizcarra and his staff are the best! I hope he stays around for a long time because I don't want to go to any other dentist. He's a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work - and the results show in my teeth. Even though there are lots of other dentists around, I drive over 20 miles to his office for my dental work. He's so smooth with the pain shots that most of the time I don't feel a thing - just my mouth going numb. He shows me my x-rays and photos and takes the time to go over what he sees and also to answer all my questions. Also, the office is very modern and clean, and the staff is very friendly and organized. I always get an appointment reminder call, and they're always on top of what is going on with my insurance. It's hard to imagine that I would have fun at the dentist, but I actually do! And I always walk out with a big smile on my face. Did I mention that the dental chairs have built-in massagers? I was recommended to Dr .Vizcarra from a coworker and I am extremely happy with their care! The office is so clean and all the equipment/decor seems newly updated. The staff always is so courteous with a smile on their face. During your cleaning you can watch a movie of your choice with headphones. My teeth feel so clean afterwards as compared to other places I've been to. They are very thorough, explain everything on the screen, and want the best for your dental health. I've had a couple procedures and it's all been great despite all the anxiety we feel for dental procedures. They are also good about explaining the billing and scheduling appointments. I have tried so many dentist in the past that I never really felt happy with one. After visiting Dr. Vizcarra yesterday for the first time I can say my search is finally done. Once I walked in I was welcomed very kindly by Yolanda, The facility itself is very clean and up to date with all the technology being used. The hygienist was awesome I went in there very worried about my gums and just overall health of my teeth and she explained things well and did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Vizcarra was very nice and I loved how he explained everything and made me understand why certain material was being used for my teeth. I'm very happy I found a great dentist like him and a facility that actually cares for their patients. I've been a patient here for a little under a year, and I absolutely love this office compared to my last dentist. Yolanda, who works at the front desk, is such a sweetheart. Whenever I've had trouble making my appointments or with anything else, she really cares and tries to help me out so that everything runs smoothly. I've met most of the staff here and I can honestly say they are the nicest group you could hope for in a dental office. I absolutely LOVE that they have personal tv screens so that you can watch movies whenever you're getting work done! They have a TON of movie selections and most of them are pretty new too!
