I have encountered some of the best gentlemen ever (specifically Sergio, Caesar, and Noah) They are attentive, patient, and kind. Those qualities are difficult to find in customer service these days. These guys dont know me from Adam, yet they all have gone out of their way in one form or another for me. I appreciate that & the brief conversations more than they know. With that... I will say the one interaction I encountered with an older gentleman was quite trying. I was driving a rental & he refused to let me go through. Even after I explained I was returning the rental that evening & did not want to return it dirty.... He was very adamant about it.. Finally, after 5 minutes of back & forth the gentleman from the other lane told him "let her go through Bro" & he did. I have not seen that particular man again, Thank goodness!! The older guy could definitely use some tips from the young men that were so helpful thats for sure!!! Overall~ I love my Bliss membership! Cant beat it for the price!

A book of 10 coupons is very cost friendly and you can use them on any vehicle vs having to use the same vehicle if you pay for the monthly packages. I would say that this is a viable alternative to car washes that use brushes.

Mass opening Car Wash places expanding. Cons Their calibration on the wipes are touch the car too closely and scratched multiple cars (mine included). The scratch is not one side, but from both side of the bumper that drags a deep cut all the way near the tire. I've reported this problem to the employee before leaving the car wash. Employees also mentioned their cars has been scratched and they're not going to wash it there themselves either anymore (that's pretty bad for employees to happen too). I've reported the problem and scratched areas. Been waiting for over 3+ weeks and no reply. I tried calling but to only get an AI System to pick up the calls. It said it's still being reviewed and will respond back shortly (I called 4 times already and still have to wait). They were giving out free car wash from newly opened locations, which ended (probably testing their calibration on public cars). Their Air Freshener is $1 which is cheap, but not worth it. After washing the car we usually open the AC and not the window so we won't leave streaks. The Air Freshener only lasted 2 hours and there's no smell after. The price is expensive too for a single wash, only good if you buy their monthly plan. Other places are cheaper and competitive pricing or monthly plans. But of course, the more you wash the better deal you get out of it. Sticking to Hand Wash, Coin Wash or Touchless. I wash my car weekly and that one time I wanted to try and wash because I lived near the area (bad decision) I get double scratch bumper on same exact area on both sides. Pros Quick Wash Multiple Selection on Types of Wash (a bit expensive on single wash, but cheaper if you sign up with a monthly plan) A rack of selection on Air Freshener Friendly Employees and Knowledgeable Has free Wet Towels for you to wipe your car A basket for used Towels Strong Vacuum to clean out your floor or seats Air-Pressure to blow the dust or small area out Restroom for those who needs it P.S. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.
