I have had the best experiences at Vlads Tires compared to any other tire shop I have delt with. Doesn't matter if im in a pinch or not( which most of the time I am) they always, always make sure they have time to help me even when they are busy. Not once have I stopped in there without notice and had any issues. I have 3 kids so most tire shops they see a women with kids and they want to take advantage of money or my lack of knowledge on cars. So here's the back story of how I ended up at Vlad's Tires: Got a nail on my fairly new tires on the rear left tire on my company van so I drove to nearest tire shop which happened to be Fire Stone Complete Auto Care. They took me in pretty fast. When the van was in the shop, they began trying to up-sell me. They said they won't be able to fix my tire because of some stupid reason.... so I told them ok just install a new one. Then the tech started telling me more nonsense saying they won't be able to replace just one tire but will have to replace all 4 tires which will cost $780.00. I'm a salesman myself so I knew where this was all going. Told him not going to work for me since I replaced all of my tires about 4 months ago. I know they have to make their money somehow but this went too far! So I went to Vlad's Tires which was a few streets down. The techs Daniel and Dima were great! They took me in right away and told me they would take care of it without needing to replace ANY of my tires. 15 min later they repaired the damaged tire and only charged me $25. Got a nail in my tire and come to Vlad's tires and was rejected because they said that my tire is older than 8 years.. lol. Never heard such ridiculous excuse ever!! My tire has just only 10K on it and in perfect condition. Spent time for nothing! I went to Les Schwab and they did repair it with out any questions and condition.
