The above average unexpected service was this: After repairing the tire, they put the repaired tire back on the wheel and stored the spare tire back where it goes - which on a highlander winches up underneath the car and has to sit in there just so. It's a huge pain for me to do it, so I was delighted it was done for me! BUT even MORE above average is that he put all the tire changing tools back into the slots under the cargo floor where they belong! I felt really taken care of. Overall, I had a quick and painless experience with getting my flat tire plugged. There was a screw in it. It was $20. The guy sitting behind the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in, came out to my car right away, and took the tire into the shop, then asked me to park in the shop bay, although I didn't understand why at the time, I hadn't expected anything other than a tire repair, so it was a very positive experience to have everything put back to normal. I would definitely recommend them, and I'll go back to them in the future. read more

I wanted to leave a 5 star review for this impeccable tire shop. The service was nothing short of excellence. I called the place to get a quote on 4 tires. The price was reasonable so I showed up 10 minutes later. They immediately took my car in, and initiated the tire replacement. In doing so they flagged my front brakes and called me outside. Usually I always think I'm being upsold but they physically showed me what was left of my brake pads and it was almost metal to metal. I mentioned I had the brakes myself and if they could install the parts I had already and they immediately said yes no problem and charged a very reasonable rate to install them. I highly recommend this service! It's very rare to select a service that has ZERO delays in satisfying your request. This place definitely has a great system in place. read more

I had a very unpleasant and slow experience with this place. The person helping me didn't seem to care and I waited a very very long time to have my tires put on. Another customer pulled up while I was there and they got him in and out right away. I will not return here. Not a fan of bad service- price point was ok but I guess I got what I paid for right? Hard working, helpful, but very short spoken staff. Don't get me wrong, these guys are worth the trip if you live closer to other tire joints around town. They will even work past their store hours in order to make sure everyone will be helped. I paid $35 for a set of used Michelin tires. The amount of tread left made it look like they were almost brand new. I could have easily paid $120 for each tire if I made the mistake of going to a dealership. read more

They both didn't have the tire I needed and were super busy, although they filled up my tire with a until I could find a location nearby to get a new tire. Finally found This location, guy was super nice. Got a practically brand new tire for $40. Same brand as the factory tires I got on my 2016 Hyundai Genesis coupe. Great place to purchase tires at very affordable prices. The staff there is very nice and willing to work with any special request you have. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Only gripe i had was that they used an impact gun to tighten the lug nuts and it was definitely torque'ed way too high. Im sure this can be addressed if you simply ask them to use a torque wrench instead. Not discrediting them because this is a common practice in nearly all tire shops as it does save time. read more

I bought four NEW tires from this guy. Not only does my car not drive right, I have had to balance the tires many times because my car shakes. They charged me $4.00 visa fee plus they do not even guarantee their tires nor do they offer a balancing with the tires. Do not go to this place. Pay the extra money and get the balancing and warranty on the tires. I have had problems with them ever since I bought them. read more

My wife took our van here a few months ago and we bought a four set of tires from them. I went to do the front brakes today and when I tried to remove the one of the lug nuts they had tightened it so much that the threading is stripped on the stud. When I called and spoke to the owner asked what they can do he told me that it was my fault and that they can try to take it off but if they have to replace the stud it was going to cost me. I can't believe he runs a business like this. After they screw up my car they tell me it's my fault and they are going to charge me to fix it. I will never do business here again. I would not recommend bringing your car here. I will definitely be contact the BAR to let them know about Auburn Tires and Wheels shady business practices. read more

Maybe it's my auto service background, but it don't expect butt-kiss level service when I go to a small auto service shop- these guys are usually labor and knowledge focused people, not professional salesmen. My car doesn't need all new tires yet, but we did find some sidewall damage on one of mine during a road trip through Sactown. I found these guys through Google, called and asked if they had my tire. We showed up at 1158, we were greeted with a smile and a good morning, followed by a "Can I help you?"- professional and courteous in my book- this isn't a luxury dealer service station where I expect to be greeted with coffee and scones! He rolled out a tire for our approval, pulled my car into the bay and got to work. He came back in, ran my debit card for $35, smiled and said thank you. We were back on the road at 12:11 I'm happy and will be back if I ever find myself in this situation again. Thanks guys!!!! read more
