I bought a used Ford Expedition back in 2019. The front tires were Goodyear and needed to be replaced. The back tires were Yokohama and looked very good; not new, but with a lot of tread. I needed new front tires. I decided to match the existing Yokohamas and Superior Wheels and Tire is a Yokohama dealer. Long story short, I ordered the tires and everything was great. Good service. Fast forward to 2023. The original Yokohamas developed tiny cracks in the sidewall, probably from age. Time for two new tires. I called Superior Wheels and Tire again, they ordered the tires, I went in this morning and the tires I had asked them to order were actually there! They mounted, balanced, and aired up the tires, including my spare. It was all done in about 30 minutes, really quickly. These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do what they say they'll do and that counts for a lot. I'm super happy with how things went and the service provided. So yeah, this is a good place to buy tires. Highly recommended. read more

Came by here because two of my tires had a slow leak. The guy that helped me(think the name was Tim?), really went above and beyond. It was my grampa's car and it had some terrible tires that were leaking from areas that I hadn't seen leaks before. He identified where they were coming from, and went even so far as to remove the tires off the rims and did all sorts of unconventional things to make sure the leaks don't happen again. I'm pretty sure any other place would've told me to get new tires and sent me home, because the time it took to patch these things up was more than it would take for the average leak. I've been living right down the street for more than 10 years, but never stopped by for whatever reason. The customer service here was unbelievable, I'll definitely be back. read more

A real superhero!! I didn't get the chance to know his name. But it was already past 6pm when my car bumper bracket (I don't really know what it's called) broke down while I was driving on the freeway. I didn't know what to do & couldn't wait for triple A so I was looking for an auto shop nearby. Everything was already closed. I was just trying my luck if this tire shop could help me. I called them while i was on the side of the freeway & he said if I could drive going there he will check and see what he can do. I drove maybe 15mph to get there too slow due to the damage. But got there safe. It has nothing to do with the tires but he help me fix the car. I was so worried coz I just got in the freeway and drive home to San Francisco and this happened. So grateful to have good samaritan like him! If i ever come to the time I need to change tires, i will drive to sacramento and buy from you guys! We are home safe! Not wanting to spend a hundred fifty to $200 for a new tire, I took it here and they repaired it for 10 bucks, they are turns out there was a screw in the tire thanks to the unforgiving Sacramento roads.
