Please don't…read more Brigette can do good work, she has the talent and experience. What she lacks is the ability to communicate. This is CRUCIAL when TATTOOING YOUR FACE. Bridgette free hands eyebrows, as opposed to measuring out spaces (like most of the microblading community). She also doesn't draw a shape to show or verify that what she's doing is what you asked for. She just goes. There are no safety nets in place to make sure what you ask for is what you're getting. Bridgette recently had a client who came in for a touch-up. Just to darken the permanent makeup she already had completed from years prior. They agreed to a touch-up, nothing to be changed, just to be touched up. This client had seen Bridgette for eyeliner previously so she trusted her. Bridgette decided during the service, WITHOUT communicating or asking the client, that she was going to change the shape of the eyebrow. Change the shape of the eyebrow. No discussion was done beforehand. No treatment to remove the previous tattoo was done beforehand. Not once did the client ask for this - she specifically asked for everything to remain the same. Yet, she walked out of the salon with a double set of eyebrows permanently tattooed on her face. Bridgette offered one removal service which did not work. She then decided to deny any and all responsibility, refused to apologize, blamed the client, and then became completely unresponsive. Again, she blamed the client. She insisted the client asked for a change in shape. Tell me, would you ask for a second set of eyebrows when you liked your first set and hadn't done anything towards removing that set? Do you interpret a touch-up appointment to mean you want to walk out with four eyebrows? This line of thinking does not make any sense to me. It blows my mind at how she has treated this client, her lack of responsibility, and her lack of professionalism. Not only is this client out the hundreds of dollars for the service (which Bridgette refuses to even partially refund), but she has to pay someone else for the laser removal of Bridgette's freehand (of the brow shape the client never wanted in the first place) AND has to pay to have the touch-up she originally asked for. Please don't go to Bridgette for your permanent makeup.

Now that I am well enough to have the procedure done, I came to Joanne on the recommendation of a good friend. I didn't want to pick some random salon off the internet for something relatively permanent. At our first meeting for my free consultation, I was immediately impressed. Joanne was extremely thorough, taking measurements and photos. She then drew a detailed stencil over my brows of what she recommended, so I could decide if I liked it or wanted to make any changes. I scheduled the actual procedure for the following week. Again, super impressed. She took more measurements and confirmed what we had discussed during the consultation before she began. After another stencil for my approval and guidelines for her, she applied a numbing cream. The procedure was a piece of cake. I never felt any pain during or afterwards and my brows look amazing! I have a follow up appointment in a month so she can check my healing progress and see if I need any touch up. So glad I came to Joanne. I could not be happier. Just a heads up, she does not take credit cards.

Vivian is trained and continues to keep up with her education. On my first visit she provided good information on her application techniques to either create a rounder eye versus a wider look. She asked probing questions to get a good idea as to what I wanted. She asked about my work out regime and makeup, explaining how heat and oil affects the lash adhesive. I told her my lash extensions would curl sideways. She explained why and vowed that kind of application would never happen at her studio. At the end of our first visit I left pleased with my new, very natural look. Three weeks later, I returned with most of my extensions still working for me. I've been with Vivian for all of 2025 now. I'm hooked. I am a loyal Vivian @ Lux Lashus fan! She gauges whether I want a quiet hour to snooze or to talk about life and love. My eyebrows are very blonde, so I used to have to put on brow gel or wax/powder to color them in, otherwise I look washed out. I went to Anna to get my eyebrows done. She worked with me to choose the ideal shape by first sitting with me at a mirror while she colored in my eyebrows with a pencil before starting, and then 30 minutes later: VOILA!! The color looks natural and is subtle, but highly effective. I absolutely LOVE it. Gone are the days (seriously, collectively hours of my life) staring in the mirror trying to get the right shape and color right. Because I liked the results of the eyebrows so much, I asked Anna if the eyeliner would work with my fair skin. She reassured it would so I scheduled the appointment and have the same results: natural looking eyeliner on my top lid that is subtle but very effective. Again, I absolutely love it. Anna is fantastic to work with and the staff are equally friendly, helpful and professional. For anyone fair skinned who has been curious but hesitant about semi-permanent eyebrow or eyeliner, I highly recommend that you wait no more. Anna is the person to go see. It's worth it.
