I took a chance on a nail place I had never been to My LO and I were walk-ins, they were busy which meant they showed promise! Man, I am so glad we waited! They were communicative, and attentive to their clients while still accommodating other walk-ins. Their atmosphere was calm and inviting. I have been searching for my new go-to salon and this wasn't it. It had great reviews and seemed promising, but they were very misleading. I'm not hard to please. You don't have to talk to me, you don't have to compliment me, just give me a smooth, relaxing manicure and pedicure, have a clean, tidy salon, and don't make me feel paranoid or pressured. First off we came in and only one person was getting their nails done, which should have been a sign because most places are packed on the weekends. They had us pick our toe color and then sit in basins which we later realized were not lined with the disposable plastic liner. We know they had them because two people that came in after us got them. One pro is that they did have four people start working on us right away, so that was nice. The salon was nothing special and parts of it felt dirty and some of the baseboard was pulling off the wall. I could get past this with great service, however that too was lacking. The techs were rough and pulled my and pinched my skin. My shellac was scraped off with her fingernail rather than the usual tool. She did all cuticle removal and buffing before soaking my nails in cold water. The whole time I felt uneasy because they were clearly complaining in another language and staring at us and at the only other two people that came in after us. Both my fingers and toes still had flecks of the old color when they started painting and my hand was covered in my old polish powder from filing that lit up under the UV light. The customer next to me was unhappy because she asked for matching colors and they were obviously different and they just told her the toes are usually darker than fingers whatever that means. The tech doing my toes asked if I wanted matching toes even though they had me pick a color already and I told her that was fine. They proceeded to talk about me in another language and said "fine" twice. Then she used the color I picked that did not match and just went ahead with that. HUH?! I was fine with either but why did she ask me and then talk about me??? The shellac manicure was all over the place with drying time under the UV light and I am on day two and have chips on two of my fingers already. I was not happy with the service I received and while the price was decent at 55 for manicure (nothing but trim, paint, and lotion), and deluxe pedicure (hot stones, paraffin, towels), it's not worth returning because service was so lacking. I will say my mom got the deluxe manicure and it came with a long shoulder massage that she really enjoyed. The search continues. read more

This place is alright if you looking for a quick polish. I came in to get my toes cleaned, and I have been to other places where they clean and I mean clean clean. The scrubbing part was like 2 seconds, didn't even scrub my big toe or superior part of my foot(feet). The lady with blonde hair, not the best, I asked to clean the sides of my nails like get the tool and clean under the nails. She didn't understand, and when I kept pointing to what I wanted she grabbed her tool and cut the side nail wrong and continues to paint over it. The ingrown now pokes at my skin even more. I wouldnt come back if they were the only nail salon in the entire state. Here are my complaints: 1. They did not out any callus softener on my feet prior to usong the microplane, they out it on after - ouch! 2. She hurt my big toes while timming the cuticles, cutting the nail at a very strange, round angle. 3. She did a terrible job painting my toes. I have some pictures of how terrible it is. 4. Whike performing my manicure, she cut my little finger and made me bleed. 5. A customer put on a football game, which was kinda annoying but it didnt bother me TOO much. Another customer came in and had them turn the volume up in to 80s(out of 100). It was so loud that it was like they were screaming. I personally hate football, so I cant relax while it feels like I'm in a sports bar. They shouldnt have ANY tv show that loud out of courtesy of the customers that arent deaf. After all of these things, I changed my shellac to a regular manicure and left. It's a shame that they don't care about ALL of their customers. Unless they make some changes, I will never be going back. Which is a shame, because at 5 months pregnant, some relaxation time is super important... My 16 year old daughter had a very very bad experience about a month ago getting her full set of nails done. She had a new girl doing her nails with no supervision or guidance. It took them 4 1/2 hours to finish. Unbelievable time! It was very hot in there with no beverage or anything to make her comfortable for waiting so long. Cuts all over her fingers. She said blood was coming out and told them she was in pain. They did nothing. The nails did not look professionally done at all. Unfortunately, my daughter did not tell me anything until on the way home. We will never go there again. This is my third time here and I can say I have yet to be disappointed by them. The first two times I got a full set and she filed the shape perfectly and didn't make them too thick. Today I went to get my acrylics removed and to get a gel manicure. First, I love when nail salons wrap each finger in foil and acetone to remove the acrylics. Surprisingly, not every salon does this. I'm not sure if I got a deluxe manicure or a regular manicure but she did my cuticles and rubbed my hands with lotion and a short massage or whatever. In the end, my total was $30 for the gel manicure plus taking off the old acrylics, which around this area, isn't too bad of a price. Basically, I really enjoy coming here and would definitely recommend it to ppl in the area. It was my first time getting a no chip, and I was nervous that it would make my nails weak once the polish was removed. She reassured me that my nails would be fine as long as the polish was removed properly! I also really appreciated that all of the tools they used were clean and packaged as if they were new. I recently needed a shellac manicure and pedicure done and came upon this nail shop..I had Chelsea do my manicure with shellac and Cathy for my deluxe spa pedicure..I enjoyed both, you definitely get your money's worth...the only reason I give them a 4/5 is because they didn't have matching colors for the shellac nail polish vs regular polish. They really do a great job on mani-Pedis, and waxing here- and the prices are fantastic! Lowest of any place I have ever been, but they do a really good job. Ive had my mani last for over 2 weeks without so much as a chip, and my nails are always so much stronger! They claim to sterilize their tools- however every time ive been they pull out an already open sterilization pouch. The tools always look clean, and they clean the pedi-chair tubs out with tea tree oil (i can smell it.) So bring your own tools if you want to be sure they are sterilized. They are friendly enough, but it is extremely difficult to understand them. Ive had gel nails done there that didnt turn out great at all- it peeled off the next day, and solar nails- they never yellowed. Ive also had some waxing (eyebrow) and i got an even fast job. read more

Came here to treat my mom to a mani-pedi and thought I would try one for the first time (I'm a guy so its understandable that I had kept my distance for so long lol). The staff was very friendly and they did a great job! Mom really loved the experience and plans to become a regular! And i finally figured out what all the fuss was about and even decided that I would come by for a pedicure again someday. Mom's classic mani-pedi was $35, while mine was $40. The first time when i tried this place the owner did my nails. She did a great job she was so nice as well. i was told if i had a broken nail i can come back and get it fixed and their was no charge for that. i was super happy that i found this place and i was going to continue doing my nails here. So today i came in to get my nails fixed because it broke i told the lady to be careful she did not listen and broke my real nail. didn't even bother on apologizing she just made faces. she tried fixing my nail instead she made it shorter than the other ones. i told her to to fix the one that she ripped off my real nail because it was in pain. so when she finished on my other nail i told her that my nail was better and if she can just finish with that one she told me to hold on because she wanted to work on someone else. another lady fixed the other one but she made that one longer than other ones. i asked if she could fix the one that the other lady did wrong she told me no because she has other people to see i mean i wouldn't mind paying a little extra but she didn't even bother on asking. she was more worried about the new people who came instead of the person who was sitting in front of her. then she started speaking her language i mean i dont care about that everyone should feel free to talk their own language but i knew for a fact that she was talking about me because everyone was looking at me while she was still talking . i find that very rood and for a FACT i will NEVER come back to this place, they need to get their shit together . read more

I had my nails done,and had to go back twice within same week because acrylic was lifting. The first time I went back she only fixed 4 of the ten nails. All she did was cut off part coming up and apply more acrylic. What she should have done was take nail off because now I have fungus on several nails. I will NOT be going back there.
