SO glad I found VM Auto Body. I had some deep scratches on my bumper as well as on the door of the driver side that I really wanted fixed. I had been putting it off but finally went ahead and got it done this past week. Kimberly replied pretty fast when I reached out asking about quote ranges after showing pictures of the scratches. I then came in the same day for them to take a look at it and give me a more accurate quote. VM Auto Body quoted me significantly less than other body shops I had consulted with. Not only that, but they were super responsive throughout the whole process and got it done within 2-3 days. Kimberly was very sweet and kind enough to offer me a ride to my place after I dropped off my car. I luckily ended up finding a ride so didn't need it, but really appreciated the offer. I took my Lexus to VM due to fantastic reviews. When I went to pick it up the first time there were a few bubbles in the paint. My experience tells me this can happen at any body shop. I stayed calm/cool and left it with them again. I picked it up this morning and it was perfect. In addition, it was beautifully cleaned in/out. Kimberly was very gracious. So all ended well. If I could rate this place 20/5 stars, I would - they truly went ABOVE and beyond! A basketball hoop fell on the hood of my car and dented and scratched it. Even though the owner of the basketball hoop was going to reimburse me, I wanted to make sure I got a fair price. Right before I was going to go with another repair shop I Yelped around found VM Body Work and decided to get an estimate to see if the initial estimate I received was fair - it was not! VM quoted me at HALF of my original repair estimate AND they could do the repairs overnight when the other place was going to take 4 days. Kim Gomez and her team went above and beyond - in addition to giving me a quick estimate via Yelp and doing a great job overall (the hood looks BRAND new - probably better than it was in the first place), they also got the repairs done OVERNIGHT and they dropped my car at my office when it was all done! I thought that was it, but I was really surprised when I got in my car that evening and found out they had vacuumed it! Honest. Delivered as Promised. Reasonable fees. This is pretty much everything you want from an auto body shop. I accidentally backed my old car into a pole in my office garage and needed to repair a smashed rear quarter panel. I brought my car to 3 shops for repair estimates. The quote from VM AutoBody was in the middle of the other two. The lowest priced shop indicated that they would need 2 weeks for repairs - which raised some suspicions as I felt their estimate was a bit low. The highest priced shop gave me a quote for insurance purposes that would have likely totaled my car - no time was provided for length of repair. I felt that the estimate by VM Auto Body was reasonable, and they told me that they could repair my car in 4 days. They repaired my car as promised, and with the cost as quoted and in the time frame as promised. The repair looks fantastic.
