Adam Yeager, owner, arrived 745am on Monday AM exactly as agreed and began work. Very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Clear estimate was provided before work commenced. It was adjusted during the work downward, by Adam. Work proceeded for three days then we had a day off so drywall work could dry. Drying process took a day or two longer than anticipated and the sanding folks came by the following Monday. They did a nice job. Painters were delayed a day and came on Thursday AM. They were supposed to finish in a day but could not and had to return after the holiday weekend. Extended schedule running up against the holiday weekend. We thought this was going to be a shorter project. It is ok. We realize the weather and schedules can change. Painters returned Tuesday AM to finish up. Adam also came by with the carpet men who delivered the carpet for installation the next day. They returned Weds AM and finished up Wednesday afternoon. We do like how diligent Adam is with the subs and that he always stops by to check on the work. I was comfortable leaving the house to do some chores and having a workout during the work. Final bill was as expected. I asked Adam to be available to speak with my Insurer so that they could better understand why the work costed more than the insurance adjusters estimate. He did that and I received another check for the recoverable depreciation on our claim. We highly recommend Adam Yeager and would definitely use him again for any project at our home. Mark & Nancy.

They did a fantastic job, kept me updated on the progress and everything is working great to this day. The existing pit was way too shallow, which was shown by the fact that when the job was done right it took 2 days for the water to settle from filling and pumping out. A while later everything is still working fine.

The scope work which we wanted done required the workers to use the preexisting and functioning…read moresump pump. The first night after they installed the french drain system and new pit, the sump pump started mal-functioning. The workers came back the next day to finish the job and told us that the floater was sticking and that we may need a new sump pump. Mike tried to scare us into buying a new sump pump for $450. Knowing that we could go buy a perfectly good sump pump for less than $200 at Home Depot, we said no. They "finished" the job and we paid Mike in cash. Well, the next day our sump pump failed again and caused water to seep up onto our basement floor. We called Mike to ask him to come repair the sump pump that his workers had carelessly broken. He told us that there was nothing that he could do and that they don't fix sump pumps and that's why we should have bought a new one yesterday. Furthermore, he didn't offer any sort of remediation. Immensely frustrated after spending all that money, still having a wet basement, and getting no assistance from the company, my husband went to take a look at the sump pump himself. Low and behold, he found little pieces of plastic in the pit that the workers left in there. He removed all the pieces and ever since the sump pump has been working like new. We truly felt like they were sabotaging our sump pump on purpose to scam us for more money. Even if this was not the case, it was still negligence on their part. Furthermore, Mike who claims that he oversees everything only showed up on the last day in order to get paid and never bothered to inspect the quality of work. Overall, even though our basement is dry, the customer service and accountability were lousy. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family members.

Before 5 years, the corner of my ceiling collapsed into my bed. I called them and was told it would take two months to come out. Because of the mold and heat coming through, I had to have it repaired by someone else costing me $1,600. Within six months on a night of heavy snow, my ceiling in my bedroom started leaking in 5 different places, keeping me up all night emptying buckets. I called them again, and they came out to do a quick "patch up" job. I was told at that time that the warranty was for 5 years. Now that the five years is up, I've had 3 assessments by other roofers who told me that the drainage box had never been replaced and was also too high to catch and drain the water which caused extensive damage which rotted down to the joyce. Additionally, other roofers stated that my new roof should have been coated once completed, which it wasn't. Consequently, I'm paying another roofer $3,000 to tear up the back roof and repair the damage. Sorry Gomez but it had to be said.
