I used to go here all the time, only for the prices because the service wasn't good but Atleast the nails were up until I wanted to get some old nails removed and then some new ones put on. The lady cut most of the tip of my thumb off and just said I'm sorry and used some paper towels to clean up my blood and went along and did the rest of my nails harshly. Still had to pay full price. Please don't go. I walked into a very cluttered and unorganized shop and asked for dipped nails. They said ok. I was pointed to a chair and given lots of rings of colored nails, many of which were broken. I juggled the rings while she soaked my nails. Finally ready for new nails , I got acrylics?? I will never go back here again. Stopped in for a mani/ pedi, the lady doing my nails cut my thumb. No apology at all didn't, even speak about it. She put rubbing alcohol on it and continued to work on my nails. No apology or anything. This was the worse service I have ever had. I would not go here. They did a good job on my nails but immediately after doing so my credit card was skimmed. I have two charges from some where I do not recognize that I have called my bank on to dispute. My nails cost $35.00 The credit card skimming was done twice. One for $35.00 and the another for $96.60. It's no a coincidence that the first fraud charge was for the same amount as my nails were. SO unsanitary. They do not sanitize their clippers or tools. They are very rough and will make you bleed. They cut you toe nail on the sides and rip it off. But again soooo unsanitary. Also their nail polish is extremely old. read more

If I could give NO stars I would!!! Worst $31 dollars ever spent in my life! I went there for a full set of nails. The lady took me right away as they were not busy and it was about 20 minutes before they close. As we are sitting there I proceeded to tell her I have just moved here and I have been going to the same nail salon for the last 14 years in the city I moved from and I needed someone who is really good here. She didn't say anything. She started doing my nails, left them way to long but she moved ahead with her acrylic. She made a very LIGHT layer where I told her it felt like they would break. She said it was fine when she puts the gel polish on it'll be thicker. Ok. So as she is apply the gel polish I pointed out spots where she did not paint at all. She said "it's ok honey, later ok later" whatever. She applied top coat the oil to my hands and says she's finished! Uuuummmmm what? Whatever I left. I get in the truck and my nails are so sharp I could cut someone literally! My husband and I take a closer look and now I'm pissed. They are not even at all. The nails are all different lengths and the tops of some of my nails are completely flat and every single one of them are limp and bumpy. Not one single nail is smooth. I'm so mad. Next time I'll drive 2 and a half hours to see my regular people. Their work is grade A. This place is pure shit!! Never again!! read more

Gel manicured chipped halfway off on two fingers after 3 days. Went back to ask them to fix it for free and I didn't get any apology, only shortness and talking amongst themselves in Mandarin Chinese. Rushed me out of the salon after fixing my nails. The customer service was okay? I got white dip acrylics and the lady who did my nails was very rough. She kept cutting my skin that did not need to be cut off and I paid 35$ plus a 5$ tip. DO NOT waste your money on this place. It is DISGUSTING and so unsanitary. There were dirty towels and used disposable flip flops laying all over the floor, they don't sanitize their tools that they use for pedicures and it is just plain dusty/dirty as if they never clean. On top of that they do a terrible job and painting nails and have terrible customer service. I would advice everyone to avoid going here for anything. So disappointing. read more

The ladies there were rude and lazy. The place is a mess. The lady who took off my dip powder - took it off with the machine and the powder flew all over my hand (which is normal) but usually they ask you to wash your hands before to paint or massage with oil/lotion. This lady straight up took lotion and massaged my hand with all the powder from my last nails. So disgusting. It may be cheap here but never setting foot in this place again. read more

This review is for the manicurist Oanh, an older lady with thicker lips who's desk is at the end of the salon. She's so rough on your nails, really pinches and stabs you with the cuticle tweezers and her own nails, so won't file your nails down evenly, pulls and forces your hand in and out the UV light. She didn't fully remove the cuticle on my thumb and just painted over it. Now it looks like a weird lump on my thumb. I'm not that sensitive but she was REALLY rough. She's so rough she pinched my cuticle too hard and made me bleed. All she did was put pressure on it and laugh. I bleed through the rest of the process and at the end she still put rubbing alcohol over the wound and again, giggled. The worst part is that she didn't apologize or gave any kind of compensation. Cindy and another thin girl are really good manicurists, not Oanh. The other girls get the job done quicker, but not Oanh. read more
