Pizza was fine. Not great and not bad. Everyone was satisfied. The one star is for there terrible pricing policies. They don't display or readily give out normal deals. I had to ask upon arriving and began "negotiating" with the employee. He told me he could get me this or might be able to do that and after going back and forth I paid normal price for one large and one medium pizza (I actually ordered 2 mediums but ok...). After waiting and researching on my phone I found their "hidden" deals and presented them to the employee and expected to get the different refunded but was met with "you have to mention the deal before you order". Which led me to believe they are intentionally deceiving customers. Beware before ordering. read more

Awesome little pizza store. Didn't have a lot on the menu but the food are superb. Good pizza, but the ordering system needs help. Because I am in a newer home, I had to speak to two employees including a manager to convince them I was in their delivery area. The manager finally added me to their system, and I have had no problems since. I feel they have the best delivery pizza in the area. Much better tasting than any of the nationwide chains. read more

I used to order a lot from here when it first opened, and at the time it was the best pizza around here. I hadn't gone in a few years, and decided to see where it ranks now in their 5th year. Their pizza is a consistently fast good pizza. Online ordered, 15 minutes ready. For the pizza itself, I like the texture of their traditional crust and the slightly sweet tomato sauce. Don't bother with the Chicken Tenders though. I had a coupon for them and gave it a try... wish I got another pizza instead. read more

This place has the rudest delivery people I have ever known. The older short delivery guy takes the cake with the attitude and questions on discounts given by the manager for a past messed up order. Waiting for an answer like he has to hear the right answers to approve the order and for us to get our food. Why woukdnt he just ask the manager. That was beyond rude. He also gave rude looks when he cant take any card payments in person and we had to pay cash and we did pay in bills for the order and were tiping separately but before we gave it to him he said WHAT NO TIP ? ... we just going to give it to him seperatly WE and everyine should always tip but it is optional) well we said "of course but we had to pay cash and all we have is 2.00 in one and 4 in quarters sorry we out it in a plastic bag" so we tiped 6.00 in one's and quarters in a bag after the apology. He gave us the nastiest look. I had to interrupt my to kind spouse and say well you can give it back if you don't want it. He stayed quiet and left. but there were others in the past that were rude too but never that rude but always looks over the 5.00 and 6.00 tips BUT I remeber one awesome younger delivery guy happy polite and easygoing WISH I COULD SEE THAT GUY AGAIN ...Anyway most of the drivers look at you funny with 5 and 6.00 tips ??? What 10.00 for you to bring a pizza? Don't they deliver more then one pizza an hour and take a few orders out? 10.00 to 15.00 tips? Why not use uber eats and get it from a better place for that much. I think its because of the area some of us live in is new or nice or bigger homes in some developments then others so they expect more. HA! We have bills and kids too. On their own time do the delivery drivers tip 10.00 or more to their delivery drivers? LOL Comparing this place to Dominos pizza ill say Dominos drivers are more polite and good with 5.00 or whatever not sure why but maybe they deliver more pizzas or Dominos is careful who they hire. But this place has better food if the orders are right! They also have larger pizzas and more variety. But because they can give you a pizza with no sauce and missing things by mistake or forget something or the condiments you may be unhappy at times. If u go in order I'm advance so you don't wait in the hole in the wall type delivery place. will make errors on the orders If they mess up on your order think about having them just send it out again and for goodness sake dont tip the driver again like you will be tempted to do its their mistake. If you take the credit the manager will try and make deals and argue when you try to cash in on a credit. the mistakes are not a regular thing but do occur. Also Some how not all your orders do not show up in their computer. It gets bothersome when you call in and try and get the same order. ONLY BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS RIGHT AND I STILL SOME HOW GOOD TASTING AFTER I WAITED SO LONG TO EAT IT. EVEN COLD IT WAS PRETTY GOOD SO I AM CHANGING THE REVIEW FROM 1 STAR TO 2 BASED ON THE FOOD . Came through in the clutch. I am an activities director for a local church. We were supporting an event in Brambleton recently and needed 40 pizzas early on a Saturday morning. This is a difficult ask for any pizza joint, but you'll see why Vocelli's really saved the day. I had contracted with another pizza company about a month before the event. When I called them a week prior to confirm our order (again 40 pizzas at 8am on a Saturday!) they said that the manager I had previously worked with had been fired, and they had never passed along any of the details of our event. They were going to be unable to help us out. I was in panic mode. I started calling every pizza company in Ashburn. None were willing to help. Many cited that it was impossible for them to get any staff in at 6am on a Saturday to cook that many pies when many of them had worked till 3-4am the night before. Finally I called Vocelli. I spoke with Hunter. She and another manager came up with a plan to help us out. Within a week they brought staff in super early on a Saturday morning to make us over 300 pieces of Pizza. The next day the owner of the company emailed me to confirm everything was right. Saturday rolled around and they delivered as promised. I couldn't have been happier with the way that they bent over backwards for us. They really saved a huge headache. Thanks Vocelli! read more

I pity myself being a resident of Stone ridge for having to order a pizza from Vocelli and I feel the same for my fellow residents. I ordered a 3 vegetable topping large pizza and quite unimpressed by the quality of product here. Improperly cut vegetable pieces, cardboard like crust over-burnt at places. This Pizza is a complete joke for the price. For some reason this is not the same Vocelli taste that I know from Herndon or Ashburn for comparison sake. Never going back there and will never recommend someone ordering Pizza. Do yourself a favor and drive to find a better place in 5 mile radius. read more

I had ordered from Vocelli a lot and I had previously ordered from them and the store told me it would be 45-50 minutes arrival time. Ok. I will be ok with that. It came to us over an hour. It was not hot either. I said ok, it will be awhile before I get another pizza from them. It had been a month or so and I really like their pizza so I tried ordering pizza on-line. I got to the phone number and started putting in the phone number and I put in the 70 and it skipped to the next set of numbers. I ended up calling them to place the order. When I called, they told me it would be 45-50 minutes. I said ok. I can wait that long. It was 50-55 minutes and I called the store. I was told the pizza was on it's way. An hour and seven minutes later it showed up. I love their pizza but I will never order from them again unless I am really, really desperate for a pizza. Papa Johns here I come. read more

I was told by my son and daughter in law whom I live with Voclli's had great food and delivered. I might add I am older and have some difficulties getting around at night. So I ordered pizza delivery and it was great. I had several pizzas so when I called tonight they new my address and order right away gave me my total and delivery time.That was at 8:08. At 8:15 an employee called to tell me they could not deliver my order because we were not in the delivery boundary. We were in another Vocelli's boundary. Assuming I called the wrong store I asked what store I was to call. He said he didn't know. When I asked what store I had called it was correct. I told him I had received orders and my family had also. We had a difficult conversation and ended with him canceling my order. Google MAPS SHOWS That LOCATION IS 5.5 MILES and 9 MINUETS AWAY. What kind of JOINT LIES TO CUSTOMERS. The web Site states minium orders may be required and or a delivery charge. If that was the issue he could said they would have to charge a delivery fee.
