I like a somewhat thin, moderately crisp pizza with some tang and some spice. I like chicken wings on the slightly crispy side as well. Badd Pizza delivered on both. I got a daily combo of a 1-topping half pizza and 10 wings. It's a pretty good deal since you save a few bucks compared to buying these separately. For the topping, I picked cup and char pepperoni. I had eaten pepperoni like this at a place in Manhattan (Rubirosa) and thought it was wonderful, without realizing it was known specifically as this or was a specialty of Buffalo style pizza. The half pizza was huge -- 18" in diameter and cut into six slices. The dough was thin and crisp on the bottom but had a pillowy softness throughout. The sauce was sweet. Not Papa John's sweet, but with herbs and tang to complement the sweetness. And then, of course, the pepperoni. Amazing! Crispy, slightly spicy, and cupping a little puddle of warm oily goodness. I wish they had topped the pizza with about 50% more, but that would likely raise the price and my cholesterol to unbearable levels. The wings were great! Large and plump, and cooked to just the right doneness. I hate wings where the skin is still a gooey gelatinous sheath, like waterlogged leather wrapped around a hotdog. I ordered these medium spiciness but they really seemed to match up to mild compared to other wing joints. The wings came with about 5 sticks of celery and a container of Ken's blue cheese dressing. The next time I have a hankering for pizza, I'll definitely make the 15 minute trip to Badd Pizza before considering the Domino's down the block. read more

My wife and I have been frequent customers at this location of since late 2020 and have recommended it to several coworkers and fellow Buffalo transplants, but unfortunately, our recent experience on June 15th was very disappointing. I placed an order at 11:30am for a 5:30pm pickup, intentionally ordering well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that there was only some of my 20 wings available and was offered to substitute boneless wings which was appreciated but not what I ordered . While I appreciate a substitute was offered and that staff was courteous, I was never contacted beforehand that my order would be incomplete or that wings might not be available. The lack of communication was frustrating, especially considering that I'm coming from about 45 minutes away. Had I known earlier, I could've saved myself the trip or adjusted the order. Adding to the disappointment, the pizza in my order wasn't even cut--a small but significant detail that further reflected a lack of attention to the order. Further i showed up at 5:30pm on time for order but my order was not complete until nearly 6pm. This experience was far from the level of service and quality I've come to expect from BaddPizza. We are still fans of the food but hope they make an effort to improve communication and order handling in the future to avoid similar experiences for their customers. read more

If i were a better writer, i would be able to fully describe how magnificent my experience here was, but i am not, so i unfortunately have keep it simple. The time i spent in this beautiful palace of pizza was amazing. The food did NOT take a long time to arrive, and the service was impeccable. We ordered a full, half pepperoni half cheese pizza and when i tell you that pizza was pizza-ing! That pizza is the type you see in commercials. The cheese side looked gourmet and the pepperoni?! Goodness gracious thinking back on it now STILL makes my mouth water! We also ordered wings, which i myself did not partake in, but from what i've heard, the sauce was amazing and the wings were good. On the side we got the most glorious piece of the meal, the fries. The fries looked like they were crafted by an angel, beautifully golden to the point i truly believe a halo of delicious goodness surrounded them. And when i tell you the crunch was what sealed the deal. The crunch was similar to one you would see in movies. I will never forget that magnificent crunch. This was one of the most wondrous times i've had in all of my years of eating at pizza places. This is something i believe everyone should try in their lifetime. I will never forget how amazing this was. And i cannot forget our chef, I wasn't able to get his name but he added the cherry on top of this fantastic sundae. He was patient and cheerful. He made our food with love and you could tell. He radiated positive energy. After telling him how eye-opening the food was, he humbly accepted the compliment and explained how they chose ingredients. First-time customer. Ordered a personal pizza, which is similar in size and shape to a flatbread. Maybe I caught them on an off moment today. The taste of the "pizza" was good, but the dough was soggy and undercooked, and I felt I needed a spoon to eat it. It had the consistency more comparable to lasagna . It was similar to one of my botched homemade pizzas where I put too much toppings on, which didn't allow the crust to fully cook and develop a nice sturdy under-carriage. I would love to see additional flavors/sauces offered, down the road. +The Buffalo-style pizza was excellent. My in-laws, significant other foodie, and kids loved it. The sauce had a nice tangy sweetness to it, with a hint of spice/heat. The crust was great, and I liked the fluffiness compared to some chewy dough at other pizza joints. -The loyalty rewards program could definitely use a lot of improvement. I would recommend LevelUp instead of the Fivestars app. -The daily specials could use some improvement, as well. Same with their lunch hour specials. What we ordered: '1 Whole Pizza (19.99) with 1/2 sausage (1.50) and 1/2 pepperoni (1.50) '1 Double Wings (22.99) I am glad we have a new, awesome pizza joint in town. A long wait for mediocre food. We read some decent reviews of this place but it must be those that praised it, haven't ever been to Upstate NY for real pizza and wings. It's touted as "Buffalo NY style Pizza & Wings" and that could be true if compared to the lower spectrum of food you can find there. As an Upstate NY native, I found the wings to be subpar. Tasted like they used generic store bought sauces for both the Hot and BBQ. The pizza looked like generic thin crust you can get at any Mod Pizza or &pizza. Far from the thicker type pizza you get in Upstate NY. On top of that it took over 35 minutes just to get our food. I won't ever be back. read more

Oh Baddpizza I wanted to really like it and had high hopes. This is the second time I've ordered from this location but this time I got wings and pizza. The first pizza we got was not great. This time the pizza wasn't terrible but I think a deep deep dish from Little Caesar's would have been just as good and I wouldn't have spent $40 for a 1/2 pizza with only half of it covered in pepperoni and mediocre wings. I called after we got out order home because the wings appeared naked or plain and we ordered 10 mild/10 honey mustard. When I called to ask if they are supposed to appear not have sauce on them or is the order wrong I was told when they dry out they look naked. It took me 2 mins to get home, so dried out didn't seem right. So I informed him that if my order is correct then the food quality is not good and his response was "uuuh I'm sorry" then we casually hung up. So since I called to ask and then voiced my displeasure with the food and nothing was done or offered for a future order I'd go to the yelp community and inform you to skip the hype. Last note is the Ranch that you Pay extra for is some Pre made Ken's Ramch dressing. If you specialize in wings and claim "The best wings in town" make your own ranch, c'mon! We have enjoyed the local baddPizza franchise on a few special occasions. They are usually fairly busy and we do pickup and watch Netflix and chill in the car while they toss, knead, make, and bake some baddPizza. They do get hectic and may miss a thing now and then but they usually are happy to double-check with me and find the missing piece. The kids in here are super nice and just trying to get it right. We all were there at one time and being nice goes a long way. read more

This weekend my wife talked me into giving them a second chance so we order up a pie on DoorDash. I was surprised to see delivery in only an hour. Of course, 55 minutes later the DoorDash driver texts me a picture of the chaos going on at the restaurant, who clearly doesn't have their S^&* together, and let's me know that the restaurant has decided to cancel all orders including mine that was supposed to me at my home in a few minutes. Just because I give it 5 stars doesn't mean everything about this place is 5 stars. Full disclosure....it's new. Still in the soft opening phase. Not everything on the menu is available, the hours are limited, they only have a few people working there, sometimes the phone lines don't work and when I was there the credit card swipe thing wasn't working. So they put in the info manually. The restaurant inside and out is new. So the decor and everything usually in and outside a restaurant, aren't there. Like hours. Or the name of the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant has 10 tables. And the restaurant is still trying find their legs. So if you go, be patient. Put the bar low and you might be pleasantly surprised. Now for the food feel free to place the bar VERY high. Best pizza and wings in NOVA. A sweet red sauce. Excellent flavor and spices. Fresh toppings. And the pepperoni was cooked just like western New York pizza places. Not burnt. But cooked. Gives the pie texture and flavor. Very traditional for Buffalo. And Buffalo is known for amazing pizza and wings. The wings were crispy, big, and lightly sauced. Perfectly sauced for my liking. It will actually be difficult for me to get pizza anywhere else. Finally got to tried this place and all the good things I heard. Honestly, I was a little scared it wouldn't be as good as everyone said it would be but it definitely was AMAZING. I never had NY Buffalo style pizza before so I was pretty excited to try it. No crust so you get cheese, toppings, and sauce to edges which is awesome. Very cheesy and saucy. The one thing that made me LOVE this place even more was the fact they are environmentally conscious! They had compostable cups and straws and also had paper sauce cups which is amazing!! One of my biggest complaints of any restaurant usually is how they have so much plastic waste and this was one of the only places I haven't complained about. :)) Only down fall is that I have to drive to South Riding. We did a half round pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and onion. I gotta be honest, we didn't love it. The veggies weren't cooked into the pizza. They were almost raw and just sat on top. The pepperonis weren't even crispy, like in the photos. We should have just ordered pepperoni only. We plan on trying it again, just only with pepperoni. We ordered the 3 chicken tenders with fries for our son. The fries were basic and chicken tenders were the ball park style. My son and husband loved them. For $9 I would have thought it'd be fresh made-to-order fries and tendies. Also, lost points because they charge $1 for the smallest size ranch. It was the pre-packaged Ken's steakhouse ranch. Which is quite frankly, not that tasty. The restaurant is nice and clean inside. They have other items on the menu. I will say it's overpriced in my opinion. All the ingredients were really nice quality and tasted fresh - the cheese wasn't rubbery like cheaper places, crust was properly salted and tasted good on its own, and the few toppings (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms) we tried were all very solid quality. That being said, out of the three times I've had their pizza, the mushrooms were cut very thick one time (each slice seemed about 0.5 cm in thickness), which was SUPER tasty, but the other two times, the mushrooms were cut paper thin, like a standard frozen pizza. :( Don't know if the first time was a fluke, but please bring back whoever cut the mushrooms extra thick! The prices also hurt my wallet a bit, so I don't visit as often as I'd like to. read more

It is still very good though and the sizes are bigger than the chain places around here. What makes this place stick out to us are their chicken wings. Their wings taste better than some wing places! They are fried and sauced just like real wing places. Most pizza places that sell wings microwave or reheat their wings. Most of the wings I've tasted from pizza places are soggy and mushy. This place has fresh crispy wings soaked in delicious sauces. I think the wings are the hidden gem of this place. If you get the pizza, get the wings to go with it!! I looked at the Four-Star reviews and thought it's probably just like all the other places I've ordered from, but I gave it a try, by starting with the base of the Traditional-half, then added everything I love on it. Man, they filled it up to the edges with fresh, so fresh, ingredients, and, as I was gobbling [LOL], I noticed it was not salty, not salty like preservatives, at all. I had heard some hype about baddpizza when they first opened up but didn't really pay attention because nova hype is often just hot air and marketing. After trying their pizza and wings, this place definitely lived up to the hype. Their thin-crust pizza goes all the way to the end so there's not really an outer crust which some people will definitely like since I know a bunch of people who leave the end crust on their plates (smh lol). Their buffalo wings were also some of the best I've had in the area. One thing I like is they have combos for just a half-pizza and some wings which is great for lunch or dinner for two. It's a bit pricey so I have to force myself to only order here every few weeks otherwise I'd be here every other day! read more
