Best pizza place in the area, hands down. We like it complicated- pepperoni and jalapeño all over, half sausage and other half bacon-- and they deliver it to perfection every time. BEST pizza in the area, no comparison (can't believe that people think the gas station pizza on 355 is good, I think that place is awful.) Try the Neopolitan crust, it's perfect - thin but not like a cracker- and the specialty toppings are great- I like the Philly cheesesteak- excellent. Have also had the wings, pretty good, and tried a turkey sub and salad once - no thanks, it was smoked, don't care for that flavor, wanted roast turkey. Anyway, for pizza- best choice around. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and have been looking for a good delivery place - we finally found it. This place is so good. We mostly order subs but also got pizza recently and it's just better than anything else we have had thus far in the area. They also sent me two coupons within a day or two from my first order, it made it easy to quickly order from here again. I definitely recommend this place. The turkey bacon cheddar sub is especially good. Oh and the vocelli rolls !!! So gooood. We have only tried the bacon cheddar ones but I would definitely try others. read more

Finally a good pizza place in Germantown! Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Papa Johns are always mediocre at best. Vocellis has been great every time I've ordered it. Great pizza and I love the "Vocelli Rolls". They are like the pepperoni cheese rolls at the Dutch Market. Never had a bad experience with this place before. Pizza is some of the best I've ever had. But I just ordered through seamless and not only did they forget the soda (which OK fine whatever) but the order was all wrong. I ordered a cheese pizza with 3 toppings none of which were pepperoni. I am vegetarian. 100% positive I wouldn't have ordered pepperoni. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked the receipt - no where on there does it say pepperoni. Thanks for the free topping - unfortunately it made the entire pizza inedible for me. The soda? I was charged for it. It was on my Seamless receipt. Don't know why it wasn't on the delivery guys receipt. Don't know if this is a seamless or a vocelli issue but both need to figure it out. read more

It was ok...I think I prefer Papa Johns over this place any day. The pizza was so-so but the breadsticks were really good. They were drenched in parmesan-garlic and very flavorful. We ordered a mushroom pizza and there just weren't enough mushrooms on it. The crust was really soft and mushy...That's not how I like my pizza. read more

Now that John Schnatter owner of Papa John's chain has made an a...of himself over Obamacare, I decided to see what other Pizza shops were offering. This had solid reviews so made an oder of my favorite large pepperoni pizza. Located isn't in a gas station, they just so happen to be next to one, so easier to find. I got there and it was fairly busy in the kitchen, neat, and clean looking, nice pizza smell to it. They had it ready on time and showed it to me. My eyes and nose said,"wow!" I paid my favorite price for it. The service was very friendly. I couldn't wait to get to my home to give this pizza a taste test. My anticipation was high. Within a few minutes I was sitting relaxing with a big plate of pizza watching my favorite show "Supernatural". Now I have extensive pizza experience having lived in Chicago for about 8 years. This pizza measured up, fresh ingredents, plenty of toppings, real chees, and delious crust, done just right. There was no grease to deal with, amazing. Mr. Schnatter there is a better pizza in town, so take your stinky hindparts back to that large barn you call a home. Run don't walk to Vocelli Pizza you wouldn't regret it! I ordered a pizza to be delivered to a local school they couldn't figure out who to deliver it too. Not a problem. Driver called manager on speaker phone and manager says "fuck them" the driver leaves and manager calls me. I told him we were waiting outside for pizza. He started yelling at me and I asked to speak to the manager. He said "I am the manager" and then he said " your is cancelled!" AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! If you're happy with this pizza chances are you're the kind of person who thinks frozen pizza can taste good too. Vocelli's crust tastes like cardboard and their topping are sparse and of poor quality. I ordered after seeing the glowing reviews on this site and it almost turned me off of using yelp altogether. Most unprofessional place I have ordered food, and will definitely never order from there again. Firstly, they brought me the wrong pizza. Secondly,I ordered a dozen cookies but received half a dozen cookies. Thirdly, delivery man had a very cold disposition. He frowned at my tip, didn't say 'thank you' or anything. I love the food at Vocelli but the customer service from he manager on 05/06/2016 was absolutely horrible. When I say customer service has gone out he window, I mean that the manager had none what so ever. To make a long story short I ordered from this location about a month ago it over an hour for my pizza to arrive. I called the manager and got an "I don't care" attitude over the phone. After calling the complaint line I get a call back from the same manager, he reluctantly offers a credit to the account for the same order from previous. I accept and hang up. Two weeks later we order but only half the original order confirming with the order taker that our remaining credit would be available. We were assured numerous times that we had nothing to worry about. Two weeks later we call to order the remaining pizza and add to it. Only to find out there is no credit. The manager proceeds to make excuses and say we ordered the entire credit previously, which was utter BS! I then start asking him questions about it to which he says he doesn't know what happened but he wasn't honoring the original commitment. I continued to press to which he nastily stated he would do it. At that point I didn't feel comfortable with ordering as I did not know what he would do to my order. I would not recommend dealing with management at this location. There NO customer service what so ever. read more
