Really surprised at the low ratings here because this dominoes is probably my favorite place to order from but especially lately. My delivery is always super quick, food is hot and prepared exactly as ordered, and the drivers are polite and friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable especially when considering the cost of food delivery elsewhere lately. Dominoes is now my go to spot, and their frequent coupons and pizza rewards make it even more worth it. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this order was really disappointing. The pizza arrived with what looked like raw chopped onions scattered all over the top. They clearly weren't cooked, and it completely changed the taste. I've ordered Domino's many times over the years, and I've never received a pizza like this. The sub was just as bad. It was placed upside down in the box, so all the fillings had shifted and it looked like it had just been tossed in without any care. I tipped well, so this wasn't a case of someone being unhappy with the tip. Honestly, it almost felt intentional because it's hard to imagine two things like this happening in the same order. I ordered a chicken and pineapple pizza and instead they gave me pepperoni, even though I don't eat pork. When I tried to address the mistake, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The manager, Junaid Malik, not only mishandled the situation but also charged me twice for the same order. On top of that, he wasn't wearing a face mask during a time when safety is very important, and I was made to come out during curfew because of their error. They also failed to inform me whether the food was halal, which caused even more frustration. I was a regular customer at this domino's on Middlebrook rd for years. I had points to get a free pizza. So I ordered online and made a mistake on my order. And as soon as I finished making the order i seen it. So I called right away the Manager went to say the pizza was already made and could not change it. Tonight I was trying to get a free pizza with my points and somehow on THEIR end the wrong address went through. I didn't even type out an address tonight because loading where to deliver WAS MY CORRECT ADDRESS. Once the driver arrived, he yells at me about putting in the wrong address and how he had to wait 30 minutes trying to figure out where to deliver. I immediately tell him I don't know what happened & im sorry it happened. I was watching him on the tracker and tried to call repeatedly but nobody answered. He lifted up the receipt, still yelling and saying I put in the wrong address. Why would I put in the WRONG address on food I am waiting for? I hand him $20 because the "free" pizza is $8 and change. He asked how much I want back in a disrespectful tone. At this point I am done with his attitude. I told him to give me the whole $20 back and he STILL has a horrible attitude with me saying he has been waiting 30 minutes. I no longer care. The moment you yell at me when you pull up while I'm waiting in the street & you don't even leave your car every time you have delivered to me, I do not care how much time you wasted now. The store did not answer the phone and I called numerous times. Apparently my phone "went to voicemail" when he called. When we called back with a set address for our delivery and said we pay with cash they refused to serve us again! we gave no reason as to why they should be treating us this way, which included yelling, sarcasm and just straight up rude-ness. Even when we all ended up calling from different numbers they yet again refused to place our order and serve us. I wish I could place the videos we took of some of the calls we had to go through. I will never be ordering from this place again. Unfortunately, I've had some disappointing experiences with this Domino's recently and it's a shame because it used to be so efficient. Over the past few months, coming in for carry-out has not been fun. Employees here seem very stressed and I've had multiple instances of my orders being confused with other orders, my orders not being ready on time, and drivers taking my orders by accident. I have had to wait many times for the mistakes to be corrected. I've noticed this location has gotten extremely busy. Their phones ring constantly. I think maybe they're understaffed and overly stressed, causing their service to suffer. I feel bad for them and hope someone from corporate sees this and considers helping them out. Potentially dangerous delivery driver. I would avoid ordering from this store until corporate headquarters investigates the matter--particularly if you are a female or otherwise physically vulnerable. The delivery driver had a hard time finding our address during a rain storm. He called my wife more than once over a 10 minute period. Each time she answer, she could hear no one on the other line. When he finally got through and she could hear him, he started yelling at her that he couldn't find the address and that she wasn't answering the phone. He saw her come out of the house and he walks up yelling at her telling her that he makes money off of tips and that she was costing him money by not answering the phone. My wife tipped him for some reason and told him that he should not be yelling at her and that she was going to complain to his manager. He then started cursing at her. My wife sent my son upstairs to get me and the driver immediately went back to his car and drove off. We called the store and explained the situation to the person on the phone and asked to speak with the manager. The manager told the person who answered the phone that he didn't have time to talk to us. I drove to the store. The cashier delivered the message that I was there to talk to him about a potentially dangerous delivery driver. I saw the manager tell the cashier that he didn't want to talk to me. I called the police. The police explained the situation asked him to come talk to me. The manager refused to provide the police with any information and told them that I should call the corporate headquarters. This leads me to believe this driver may be intimidating his manager. This is a very concerning situation that has not been fully investigated. I would recommend avoiding ordering pizza for delivery from this store until an investigation is completed. My go to place for Pizza when I need a quick and easy alternative for dinner. They're very quick with their prep and delivery and if you choose to pick up then you'll get to see how insane the operation there is. They're like a well oiled machine in there. Its like the pizza box was dropped on the floor or something & all the toppings/cheese got shifted to one side.
