If you haven't trusted them with your RV needs, you are truly missing out. On Friday, July 3rd, my wife and I were on the highway towing our Black Series HQ21. Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma. I want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to Sara K, Greg, Lindsey, and Juan for providing a great customer experience. There was no charge for the repair. This level of care reflects directly on the fantastic leadership and vision of the two service managers, Cliff and Steven. After looking online at a number of RV Part Suppliers I came across United RV Center and they had the exact replacement part I was looking for in stock with a host of shipping options which were all priced pretty reasonable - They have a wonder online store that is very easy to navigate, once I placed the order I immediately got an order confirmation email, within a few hours I got the tracking information and then a delivery confirmation once the part arrived. This was a seamless transaction and I really appreciated the frequent communications and updates. This is definitely a resource I will use again in the future and one I highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable supplier for all your RV needs....

    This is a DISHONEST and poorly run business and we do not recommended them for purchasing or…read moreservicing an Airstream. We had previously used them for years, and had been satisfied. Then upon returning a few years later, we realized their best, long time mechanic was gone and there was a new manager (the son in law). He is extremely detrimental to the business and they now have zero accountability, zero ethics and they will charge much more than other shops charge. After being told it would take 5 days to service the Airstream, we waited 3 weeks. We paid a fortune to have our Airstream serviced and then drove several hours to our campsite. When we arrived, we realized a problem that was supposed to have been repaired, still existed. We had to drive to another shop and they told us the repairs were never made and the dust and the dirt on the parts had never been disturbed and obviously the work was never completed, or even attempted. We showed them our bill from Airstream DFW and they couldn't believe what we had been charged. They then proceeded to check the other items that had supposedly been "serviced" and found more issues. The filters had not been replaced as stated and they actually damaged a door. The list goes on. We also asked them check something else that Airstream of DFW said we needed to replace, that we chose to wait to do at a later time. It would have cost almost $5,000. The second repair shop said there was absolutely no need to replace those parts, they were in like-new condition. We were disappointed even further when we returned to Airstream of DFW and the "manager" stated it was just oversight, probably because they were so busy. He made excuses and when he walked away, one of the mechanics approached us and apologized. We will never return and the business owner needs to understand the son in law knows very little about Airstreams. He absolutely should not play a vital role in this business. And you can't be dishonest and expect to keep loyal customers. We have since found a new repair/service shop in North Texas that is honest and does exceptional work on Airstreams at a reasonable cost. The owner of the shop said he has a steady stream of new customers that have similar stories about Airstream of DFW.

    Complete liars from management down. Promise after promise unfulfilled. More texts and phone calls…read morethan I can count. Purchased a used Harley. Bike delivered after 2 weeks (supposedly so it could go through the shop) and delivered unsafe to drive. Verbally gave income and rental data to employee filling out application. Numbers extremely exaggerated. Was told bank said credit score was a certain number, which I knew was wrong. When received contract from that same bank, they stated my credit score was 127 points higher than what I was told by dealer. Bike did NOT go through the shop as promised. Received bike w/bald rear tire, front forks worn out. ECU and radio DTCs in system. Oil leaks. Vibration on braking, broken trim not replaced or painted, etc, etc. Bike was picked up after another week+ and "sent back through the shop". Some items fixed. Traded a bike in on the Harley. Payoff wasn't sent within 15 days as per Texas law (ftp.dot.state.tx./pub/txdot-info...4-compliance & dealer operations section 4.30.m). I had to make an additional payment on that bike right before the Harley payment was due (at this point I still didn't have it back from the shop - now 3 weeks in). Was promised I would be sent a refund for the extra payment. 64 days later and many texts&calls and still no refund. Still waiting for painted parts not delivered. Told 2 weeks ago "they just came in." Was told again yesterday, "they just came in." Part available from Amazon/eBay 1-2 days (which I was told was where they were getting the parts). Have purchased 17 bikes in my riding days. Will never purchase from this dealer again and recommend you run far and fast, unless you want a huge hassle, broken promises and perpetual lies. I never leave reviews, but 64 days later and sooo many calls, texts and broken promises, I felt obligated to share.

Every other shop we called was either unable or completely unwilling to help us. The Communication: Cliff was a lifesaver. He stayed in constant contact with us during our drive and managed to fit us into their packed schedule. It's completely obvious why they are so busy--they actually care about their customers and go the extra mile. The Service: We coordinated our arrival, and within just 15 minutes of us pulling into our campsite, the team was on-site and ready to work. The Techs: A huge shout-out to Andrew and Shane! They were highly knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. They had us up and running in no time.Thank you so much, RV Medics, for rescuing us from the heat! On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Very professional and reliable!! We were impressed!
