Wow Alot of complaints…read more Not sure how they are in business. Kim and service department have bad customer care. They do not provide info on pick up or walk you through anything. You are on your own. Locked a utility door to our outside fridge that we do not have a key to so had to break that. No other doors were locked. When asked she told us the person working our ticket was not in so that why no one helped us when leaving. So there was no one else that could work at that time during office hours?
