The clothes come back in excellent condition with no damage The prices and turn-around-times are about standard. I hate knocking off a star when the owners are friendly, trustworthy, and hard working people, however, it's metered parking only. At the risk of sounding like a spoiled westerner, I rarely carry cash and if I don't have a few coins in my car I go elsewhere. Frustrating since Vogue is my preferred cleaners, I do however try to keep a stash of coins for this very reason. Superior dry cleaners are hard to find, definitely worth scrounging through the couch for a few coins. read more

I've been a customer of Vogue cleaners for years and I'm surprised I've never given them the props they deserve. Attention to details is at the top of the list. Not only do the owners know my wife and me by name , but they really go the extra yard. Last week we brought in something to get cleaned with a known stain and when they were unable to remove the stain , they sent it out to a sublet shop to get it cleaned again they didn't charge us extra and they still got it to us on our promised date . There are a lot of cleaners in the WC area but most of these are not very good. Vogue cleaners however are one of the best I have ever used with fast, friendly, and inexpensive prices. My husband and I have been getting everything cleaned here for about a year and every time has been on time with no issues. Negative if possible! This review is for their shoe repair. They send Out to someone and who ever that is - don't use the service! Worse job ever. I wanted to replace the elastic in some pumps. My most comfortable pair. Heel sling backs. Just wore them after I got them back and the strap was rubbing and irritating my foot. Looked at craftsmanship- they basically removed stitching on one side and placed the elastic in that way vs removing stiching from both sides to do it properly! So unsure if he used glue to make it work because there's a bulgy patch that's rough running against my skin. Horrible enough that won't even take back to them for redo! I'll go with the store I found in yelp w great reviews vs convenience! read more

Best dry cleaner and alterations in town. I recently moved out of state and it one thing I really miss is vogue cleaners. I had multiple clothes and bridesmaid dress altered here. The alterations where always done so perfectly. On the dry cleaning side - my clothes always came back perfectly pressed and well cared for. They've been able to remove stains I never thought would come out (think chocolate, oily salad dressing and red wine). If you live in the area I highly recommend using Vogue Cleaners for your dry cleaning and alterations. read more

It's hard to find a good cleaners, and Vague Cleaners isn't just good, it's great! More than just cleaning clothes well (which they do) what makes them stand out is their honesty. If they can't get a stain out, they don't tell you they'll do it and then give back the clothes, still stained, hoping you won't notice. If they think something doesn't need dry-cleaning, they tell you. I would take a half-descent cleaners that is honest rather than a good one that's dishonest. Here, you can have both! read more

It is not exactly the dry cleaning place , more the cheap laundry . If you want to do the laundry , may be it is your choice . You will receive your stuff after a week . But , I received my suite same not cleaned , that it was before . The receptionist told , they do not do dry cleaning on suites , they do laundry . I can do laundry myself . I have got to give this place a 5 star review!! I decided to give this place a try after a friend recommended them. I took two suits in to get tailored. They were very attentive and really took the time to teach me different options. In addition, I needed one of the suits fairly soon. They went above and beyond to not get one , but both suits back to me ahead of the rushed timeline. The suits turned out great. One of the suits has gotten me more compliments than I have ever received! Nothing suits me like a suit! Needless to say I take all my dry cleaning and tailor jobs to them now. I even took some of my gfs dresses since she didn't have tim to take them, and they had them done within a couple of days. The pricing is also very reasonable comparing to other places I've used! I had a stain on the blouse and was super upset about it - the stain had been there for awhile (it was hanging in my closet and I didn't notice it). The owners (or tenants?) are so kind, thoughtful, respectful, patient, understanding, and helpful! They dry clean your clothes within 5-7 days or sooner if it's absolutely necessary! They have altered all my pants, hemmed and/or altered my blouses/shirts/tops, and all my dresses! Because of my height, everything I buy to wear has to be altered to fit correctly and comfortably.
