I was very wary about getting it cleaned, but Bob at Martinizing handled it with such incredible care. The kimono ended up getting an internal rebuild and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. For pickup they said they'd come around 5 so I stuck around waiting for a while, but they showed up an hour later. I know they said they'd can drop-off and pick up without anyone being home but I'd prefer not to leave my clothes outside. I totally understand that things happen but considering the price I paid for the service, I was hoping that the pick-up and delivery would be smoother. Update: After checking the clothes I am extremely disappointed, some of my clothes came back with stains that weren't there before and I am also missing some items.
