Went for a mani pedi last Wednesday and the services were fine, but now my gel manicure is already chipping - and that started 3 days after the mani. Usually I can get a solid 9 days without chipping from a gel polish. This is really disappointing. The atmosphere was very relaxing! My pedicure was awesome. It was done by Chenille, I believe. I don't enjoy my manicure (gel) as much. It was done by a male technician. Just be careful in choosing your manicurist. I was a walk in, so the young lady that did my pedicure wasn't available. The pedicure is still fresh. The manicure chipped the next day. I was traveling so I couldn't return to get it repaired. It lasted one week. I was disappointed. I would return, but stick to the pedicure. read more

I do not get mani/pedis on a regular basis, however when I do, this was always my go-to spot. However my last visit went so badly that I refuse to patronize this place in the future. I arrived on time and was told to have a seat. Twenty minutes later, I finally went back up to the front desk and said I need to reschedule if this is going to take this long. She said they had been looking for me because she said I should've been sitting in the pedi area which was wrong as I had signed up via email for a mani. The gentleman that did my manicure did not use sterilized clippers. It also took him FOREVER! I arrived early for a 3P appointment and did not leave till 5:10P! Please know that I did not have to soak my nails as there was nothing. When it was time to check out, the gentleman at the front desk, I believe he is the manager, proceeded to help someone else instead of me who had been standing there. I expressed my frustration and the lack of using sterilized tools and he simply said he would talk to him. Then I proceeded to express that I had been there since before 3P and waited 20 minutes before anyone started on me and the girl behind the desk tried to argue and say,"No its was 3:15" which I realized why she would argue this because a discount is provided sometimes if you have to wait longer than 15 minutes. At least it has been offered to me one other time. Not sure if its standard protocol. After expressing all my frustration there was no apology or discount provided. I actually don't really care that I wasn't provide a discount. It was really everyone's attitude during this entire visit which left a bad taste in my mouth. You should never argue with a customer and you debated the service that I had reserved which I had the email and then my time of arrival. I was at your place for over two hours for a manicure and no one seemed to think that was a big deal or inconvenience. Do better is all I'm asking! read more

After over five years of coming to this nail salon as a dedicated patron, I had my final "" manicure"" today. Less than two weeks ago I had my nails done for my birthday. Of course my nail technician cannot do the design which was fine so I moved onto a different technician. That was wonderful. I have been going bunny for years now and have previously wrote a review of how great she did. well this past weekend and entire nail came off due to me hitting it on something which I understand was an error on me, but they did not discount my services today at all or were empathetic to the fact that this should've never happened in the first place I understand having a tip fall or a nail break but my entire nail should've not ripped off. I also had to go to MinuteClinic to get my thumb drained two days after my manicure due to an infection that I picked up at the salon. The vibe is tacky. Good luck Vogue. read more

When I first started going to Vogue, the service was top-notch! Lina would do my nails and they would always turn out great. Unfortunately, it's gone downhill since. Every time I book an appointment, my service doesn't start until 10 minutes after and would be interrupted throughout. More recently, I started doing GelX nails rather than acrylics. Lina would do them and they would stay on for three weeks. The last two appointments, I had someone else do the gelx, as my other appointments were taking long. This last time, the lady that did them did a very poor job. My nail fell off within 3 days of getting them done. Lina took a look at the set and scheduled me an appointment to have them all fixed. I came in a couple days after and only had the three other nails that fell off in the meantime, fixed. (and by the same person).. Those fell off a week later and so did the rest of them. All in all, there are a lot of nail salons in the area and I think I'm finally going to try someplace else. read more

First let me start by saying I absolutely love this place. Quarantine has ruined my ability to upkeep myself. I drove from NYC to Chicago to get my nails done with my partner and friend and we stopped here on our way. The owner was so kind and let the three of us make an appointment at 730am on Saturday so we were the only clients in there. I LOVED that flexibility! It is very clean. The staff takes your temperature upon entering. They have masks if you forget yours and practice social distancing. They also have really cool screens at the manicure stations to protect staff and customers. The salon is absolutely beautiful and skillfully decorated from the moment you walk in. We all got pedicures. I got Dip Powder for my nails, and my partner got a gel manicure ! We were all so happy with the service! Binny did my hands and feet and they were amazing!! My experience so far is nothing short of amazing. When I walked in the receptionist was wearing a mask I wanted to be considerate of others around me so I asked if this was a requirement she said "no" that all the technicians are vaccinated. I was happy to hear that so I applied my mask as well. The gentleman that took care of me was so gentle, he applied foil to my toe nail because I had gel on them. Then the technicians were switched to a lovely young lady (Phuong) who was just as gentle. She asked questions about the service I wanted and I told her and she was so accommodating. I haven't ever asked for nail art, but Megan at the front has some dope ass nails so someone there can do whatever you want. Sokly fixed me up with the coolest chrome - looks like the real deal. I picked the color and she found the perfect topper, then took the most meticulous care getting every detail just right. Hard to find in nail artistry these days. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 5:30 appointment and was not sat until after 6 pm. I came in for a full set as noted on my appointment the nail tech assumed I was there for a fill. I told her if she only had time for a fill that was okay. She asked what I wanted I told her I just wanted French tips. I went in to the appointment with French tips so the color comparison should have been relative. She asked me what color I wanted as the base and I said I am not sure just the typical base you use. After my nail appointment started it was clear that everyone in the salon was winding down. People were shutting lights off and waiting by the door for my appointment to finish. When my nail technician asked for my shape I told her coffin and was given square when I asked the technician to make the nails a coffin shape she put in very minimal filing. From previous technicians I understand that this can be more time consuming. After the technician painted my nails it was hard to distinguish the color based on the fact the room was primarily dark. Despite leaving a generous cash tip. When my appointment was over I was almost rushed out of the salon. I understand it is the end of the workday and everyone wanted to go home but customer service should still be at the top of mind. When I got home and looked at my nails in light I hated the base color. Based on the experience I had I did not feel confident to go back and express my distaste. The color is almost grey, the shape is not what I asked for, and my time as a customer was not valued. I had only been to this salon once before and it came highly recommended by my colleagues. Today was my first time checking out Vogue Nail Salon. My friend and I came for pedicures only, decided to do the basic pedicure. The gentleman doing my pedi was very nice and it was very relaxing. I just moved to Indiana from Texas and had multiple people recommend this salon to me. I tried it out and was pleased to find that it was in a cool location by ironworks hotel. I was disappointed when, on the inside, I found the salon to be (physically) messy and unorganized, with mismatched furniture and nail debris/dust everywhere. Although I usually like a nicer looking nail salon, the physical look of the salon wouldn't have been a big deal if my dip manicure was spectacular... but it wasn't. The nail tech I had was so nice and truly lovely, but the manicure was average at best. I chose a chrome finish, which I anticipated to cost more, but I was shocked to find that my very average manicure was $70 before tip. I didn't complain, but instead went along with my weekend. Three days after receiving my manicure, the chrome was chipped on nearly every nail and the dip powder was broken (along with my natural nail underneath) on 2 nails (see pic in review). By day 5, I called the salon and told them I would like to have my manicure fixed so my natural nail wouldn't break even more. They told me that chrome often chips but that they would fix my two broken nails. This annoyed me because I did a chrome finish multiple times at my previous TX salon, and not only was the pricing much better, but it never chipped and if it did I know they would have fixed it. Nevertheless, I went to the salon to have my 2 broken nails fixed. I am now 1 week into this manicure and another nail broke and the chrome finish is chipped on 9/10 nails. I really wanted to love this place, and I really liked the tech who did my nails, but the final product just wasn't it for me (especially for the cost). This is what I walked out of Vogue salon with. They proceeded to make me pay for my service after injuring me as if me crying and hurt wasn't enough. The women did not apologize. Instead, she decided gaslighting me was the appropriate response. She insisted I came in the salon with this wound to begin with, over and over again. All while she watched my foot swell up and bleed. I'm a young girl and I don't have wounds on my foot. I don't understand why she decided scrubbing the top of my foot so aggressively, at the bone, on soft skin was a good idea. I've had hundreds of pedicures in my life and never experienced this. And to make matters worse they were extremely unforgiving and not compassionate. They stopped speaking English after injuring me which was very disrespectful. They cared more about making money than hurting their client. This is completely unacceptable and disheartening. I had to call off from work after this incident. The amount of pain I feel walking after this is very sad. read more
