Had a malfunction with our lock at our commercial office building. Called right away to set up an appointment. Was told that someone would not be able to come for 2 days(this was for a small town business). Set up an appointment. On the morning, of the appointment, my wife called to confirm the time with Brandon. At the time, he was to arrive, he called me to say that it was not worth his time and left us not being able to get into our business after we had waited 2 days for him.
