From the moment I called vows it was a great. I spoke to Alvara and she was amazing. It was just me, my Fiance and my daughter and she was there with every question I had. The best thing about vows is I didn't feel rushed, the decor is nice, clean and they were respectful. I requested Alvara to be our officiant and she delivered. We arrived and were pleasantly escorted to the bridal suite where my daughter was able to put on her gown. There was a few places on dress that needed to be cut and they provided scissors. They offered water and mints and lotion when needed. They were patient enough to wait for a person that was running late. Such a life saver! In the middle of the night I realized we didn't have a civil ceremony and quickly booked an appointment for the same day at Vows Wedding Chapel. We got our public license at the courthouse and went straight to Vows and within an hour we had a beautiful ceremony with aesthetically pleasing decorations. Our experience with this wedding chapel is amazing. They really go above and beyond to help and accommodate your every need. We were initially going to get married on 2/14/25 for Valentine's Day but the day didn't work out due to guest and other family situations We had made our initial deposit already and thought that we possibly loose it but we talked to Rosie Diaz and she told us that she understood the situation and told us that they can roll over the deposit for another date. It is also so useful that I could communicate with her via text for convenience. We moved our wedding to 5/10/25 our experience with the chapel the ornaments, flowers, music and scents really sealed and made our wedding special, they also of no charge allowed me to use my wedding suite a room with good lighting and sofa, mirrors that allowed me to put my wedding dress. There was enough room for my mom my daughter to be in there changing and getting ready simultaneous. We wanted a small intimate wedding and everything was just perfect. They also do offer packages for bigger weddings and a venue for the party next door. I like that they have an ample parking space area too for my guest. I encourage you if you are considering this venue just book it you will be so happy and please the pricing and details to wedding chapel are the best. As I gave them a call right from the start Rose was soo welcoming and answered all of my questions regarding the process. Once we got to the location we were both amazed at how beautiful it was inside. Most locations we checked out honestly had bare minimum. But at Vows they took it to the next level they made sure to not only make the experience welcoming but the detail from the waiting area to the main room was exceptional. I noticed they had a powder room as well which was really cute. The ladies were amazing and went above and beyond to make this experience less nerve-racking. First of all I want to thank the girls for all their help and all the attention they gave us, I never imagined that you could plan a wedding in two weeks and these girls really did it. My partner and I had made an appointment to go see the chapel to reserve a date for our wedding from the moment we arrived, the one who attended us was Rose and Susie they were very kind, very attentive, they showed us the chapel and we liked it a lot. We felt that it was perfect for us, we reserved the date. Rose had mentioned to us that they had a Venue next door and she showed to us and the truth is we loved it, it was perfect for us for our wedding, they showed us the various different packages they have and we went with the package that had everything included the food, the Bartender, the Photobooth and many other things during those two weeks, the girls Rose, Elvira, and Susie were very attentive to us at all times they were in contact with us. Rose and Elvira took us to try the food that we chose for the wedding and not to mention the food, it was delicious, the three different dishes we chose were delicious. I really recommend having your wedding with them and why not plan your wedding at the Venue . Norwalk courthouse refused to proceed with the ceremony because I didn't have a picture ID just my DMV print out. My best friend found this place on yelp, I called and without hesitation they managed to take me in especially since I already had the marriage license from the court.
