We scheduled a deep cleaning service for a house before we moved in. I am going to state that I was sleep deprived and tired that day beyond words and had two young kids in tow to take care of, for the whole 8 hours that their cleaning service was scheduled for. So I did not check or verify the work that was said to be done. They sent one person who wasn't comfortable with English, making communication really difficult. She took 8 hours to basically do nothing. The house was empty. She sprayed a harsh cleaning chemical around the kitchen and refrigerator. It was so bad that it was hard to be in the vicinity and actually observe or supervise what was happening. The work was slow for the first half of the day. About four hours in the kitchen - which wasn't even completed. Found more spaces that needed cleaning after she was 'done'. Somehow three bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room - all took less than an hour. The reason for this was that nothing was actually done anywhere. After moving in, every surface I have touched is still dirty. There are webs around the windows she cleaned. The knobs on all kitchen cabinets are greasy. There were big food stains still left in the refrigerator. They were extremely prompt in collecting the payment. But the work was barely superficial. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on their service. They do not deserve a single star on the review.

Sam responded quickly and I was able to find an appointment that worked for me and paid the deposit easily. They arrived on time and after I showed them to the bathrooms, they were off to work! One of my bathrooms is a half bath and wasn't too bad, but the other two are full baths. One of them is the kids' bathroom and the other is our master bathroom. The kids bathroom, as you can imagine, needed some TLC. After Neatme was in there it's sparkling and smells great! Our bathroom was the bear. I'll be honest - our shower is SO hard to clean. There was nasty build up and soap scum that literally makes me gag when I try to clean it (LOL I am so sorry to these guys) but they got it literally SPOTLESS! I can't tell you how happy I am with the results. I'm so excited to have it so clean and starting over on a literal clean slate. Overall super super happy with the work Neatme did and I'll be hiring them in the future for other deep cleaning needs.

After having a phone call with the company, I'm advised that the cleaners had some personal issue so now cleaners will come between 1.30-2.30 pm. It's 2.23 pm and I get a message that they are about 30 mins away. This is after I called to find out what was happening. It doesn't stop there. It's past 30 mins and I am following up with them only to be told this cleaner is 5 mins away and they're tracking the GPS. Good news, they finally turn up after 20 mins (vs the 5 mins away message). There are two people. One starts working and the other just looks around the house, speaks to sometime over the phone and says "I'll be back in 40 mins". Surprise! Surprise! She isn't. And only one lady is cleaning. She's mostly on the phone and dusting things, which needed to be re-cleaned after I showed them out wasn't cleaned properly. Please steer clear away from this business. Thanks to them my entire day was wasted! Unscrupulous business. Shoddy service.

They show up and immediately ask to use our vacuum because theirs is broken. Fine, but it's a cordless stick vacuum so not enough charge for even 1/3 of the house. Everything goes well but 2 hours in and they haven't finished vacuuming the upstairs or the stairs. They finish up everything else within time and point to my vacuum and where they plugged the charger in indicating the vacuuming isn't dime. Everything else was fine which I told them that. Then the person texting me sends me an invoice on Venmo asking for the full amount. I say it wasn't all dine because they didn't vacuum half the house. They proceed to accuse me of lying and after insisting offers me a $30 discount. Fine.
