Spur of the moment scheduled an appointment and came in with neutral expectations, nervous because of how long my hair was. Ella was my stylist and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She ended up cutting off about nine inches of hair and I was super nervous that it would end up too short, but she perfectly cut my hair just like my inspiration pictures and I have never been happier. I definitely recommend booking an appointment here and I think it's safe to say that I will be coming back. (A huge thank you to Ella for cutting my hair. When I walked in at 1:45pm Sky glared at me and said I cannot do your appointment and was trying to find someone else to Take Me!! No apology. I wanted to say I am so sorry to inconvenience you and show up for my appointment. She said to come back at 2:30pm so I went and got something to eat. Got back at 2:30pm and was told would have to wait. I found out Daniel is new to salon and not much color experience. I am canceling my appointment next Sunday because of this. When I was checking my emails later saw the receipt for long hair and when I called to inquire a man answered Bishop and when I asked his name hr said this is Bishop's . When I said I was inquiring about why I was charged for long hair he advised he needed to give to supervisor and I will get a text but probably nothing will be done which is what happened. I booked a re-tint, so we needed to match my hair color as it had faded since doing about 6 weeks prior. Very grateful she checked in after the roots to touch up the ends as needed. It turned out to be a more chocolate black, then my usual black but I like it! Appreciate her mentioning to come in within a week if so wasn't satisfied. Overall, a great experience and the price point for a hair tint is very reasonable for me. I didn't have time for a cut & style, but maybe next time when I return from Florida.
