It was an ass chewing session out in public on the street. Boss screaming at an employee. Totally awful situation! I walked in and told them I am here. The receptionist said the owner will be available shortly. I asked if the lady screaming her lungs out at the hair stylist on the street will be cutting my hair and they said yes. Well is she ok to cut my hair? I don't want super angry person who cannot handle her emotions to cut my hair at the moment of anger...I am having these thoughts for few minutes and realized that I cannot condone this kind of behavior. I told the screaming owner who was still going at it with her employee on the street that this is inappropriate and I will not be her customer. So I left! PS: after posting the review the owner of the business left a comment below indicating they she was not screaming at her employee, and I had no right to place picture on Yelp, and I don't know what was going on! She was screaming at her employee about work related stuff which was clear, and she was red in her face how drastic it was! Her employees gave me permission to take a picture of them for Yelp review at the time when I was hoping to use their service and as an elite Yelper I always ask before taking pictures. Employees also indicated that the owner was unhappy with that particular person but they offered a different stylist which I declined on principle. Spur of the moment scheduled an appointment and came in with neutral expectations, nervous because of how long my hair was. Ella was my stylist and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She ended up cutting off about nine inches of hair and I was super nervous that it would end up too short, but she perfectly cut my hair just like my inspiration pictures and I have never been happier. I definitely recommend booking an appointment here and I think it's safe to say that I will be coming back. (A huge thank you to Ella for cutting my hair. He got a buzz and the woman who helped him was so nice.
