Was looking for the super rare Fanta Shokata, a Eastern Europe Fanta flavor that is Elderflower Lime that's hard to find in the US, but they had it in stock on sale for $3.00. Looked for German Beers and browsed the store looking at the teas and for Pierogies. No German beer so I grabbed some Czech and Polish Lagers for the parents to try. As for the Pierogie front, I would need to go back and double check but they might have ran out of premium flavors and only had Pulmonies left, but even that had interest flavors, like beef and veal. They carry Milka chocolate in several different flavors so I need to come back for a super snack haul with other interesting things to try. They have a nice selection of tinned fish, but I wasn't able to find any shellfish. The store had all sorts of sauces, seasonings, soup bases and ingredients for cooking and baking. They carry a wide variety of meats that looked good as a snack, for a charcuterie board or as a breakfast food item for rice porridge with the tinned fish. All in all, it was a good chance to browse some of the stuff that places like Super King might not carry or that Aldi or Trader Joes doesn't have.

She was definitely impressed once she walked in. It's like Costco for a Chinese Market. Just be careful navigating the parking lot. There are big trucks coming in and out. There's not that much parking spaces, but we were here on a Friday noon and that was not an issue. Keep in mind that this warehouse does not have A/C. They use big industrial fans to help circulate the air. So I would not recommend coming here when it's hot outside. Prices here are definitely cheaper than what you would find in a typical Asian Supermarket. You don't need any type of membership to shop here. It's open to the public. Though, there was a 10% off if you signed up for their loyalty membership. I didn't because it took me to a site that was all in Chinese. We ended up walking the entire warehouse and my mom ended up spending over $200 and found her favorite brand of rice AA that has eluded her for months now.

That's pretty much all they sell here, but when you specialize in one thing, you better do it well... and they definitely do. I picked up a pack of the pork and chicken lap xuong and it was delicious. You can really taste that they're made fresh. I can honestly say this is probably going to be my new go-to spot whenever I need lap xuong. Whether you're throwing it in fried rice, eating it with sticky rice, or just pan-frying it on its own, it's hard to go wrong with these. If you're not local, they also ship, so you don't have to make the drive. Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of lap xuong.

I can guarantee that you'll feel the same after you try Quang Tran's pork sausages. Quang Tran is a multi generational establishment. The young man who's the the main person at the store front is the grandson of the original sausage maker. His name is Ngon, I hope I spelled it correctly and he was more than helpful today. He was able to sell me 5 bags of pork sausage when another customer tried to buy everything out. Coming all the way from New York, I was MORE than appreciative of his kindness. Will I return?!? Absolutely .. I do everytime I come out to California. Now that Quang Tran ships, I think I'll get my Vietnamese sausage fix thru the mail ... definitely cheaper than a plane ticket. Wishing Quang Tran continued success!!!

They are stored in big plastic clear bins. They also sell teas and other miscellaneous items. Price is by the pound depending on item. Some of the items may be $30+ per pound. Keep that in mind. I love their dry squid and pork jerky which are my go-tos. When I used to eat beef, I would get their beef jerky... so good! Anyway, I ended up getting a quarter pound of pork jerky. The lady who helped us was very friendly. However, when she was grabbing the pork jerky, I noticed she grabbed from the lower right corner instead of in the middle of the bin. Afterwards, I wondered if the older batch was at the corner and newer batch was everywhere else LOL. Oh well, I'll have to tell them where to grab the goods from next time. As I was paying, they offered my Mom and I a small cup of tea that tasted like dates. It was delightful. Thank you for the tea. All in all, it was a very short visit. If you know what you want, just tell them what you want and how much (btw, it's not self-service, they will get and bag the items for you), pay, and go. Easy peasy!

I asked for beef jerky and they began stuffing the bag without confirming the amount because I didn't even have a chance to say what I wanted. Then I got distracted because another staff member offered me a sample of pecans. It was good and the price was fair at $25/lb so I opted in to add that on my order. I requested half a pound. I turned away to talk to my wife which was the biggest mistake ever because as they were ringing me up, I see the bag and it looks WAY more than half a pound. I ask about it and she says "Half a bag, okay?" That's different than half a pound and she pretended not to speak English anymore?? I object and she says she's adding in free samples so it's okay. It all happened too fast, it was very confusing, and she also defaulted to pretend like she wasn't understanding me so I just paid and got tf outta there. I decided to weigh it when I got home and guess what? They even had the gall to give me less than what they charged me for LOL So they essentially peddle more than what you ask for to charge you more and then they don't even give you what they forced on you! So it's a double win for them and a lose-lose for the customer. Absolutely disgusting business practice, I can't believe this place is still in business. I'd give zero stars if I could. I hope they close soon, the place was empty when I was there probably because customers are figuring out these guys are scam artists.

My mom needed yams to add to our dinner and there were flies on the yams and the sweet potatoes. Some bananas are starting to bruise and turn black. That is my only concern. Shelves are still not fully stocked, so don't expect to find everything you need yet. I had 3 items ring up incorrectly during my visit. I highly recommend taking pictures of prices as you shop because the pricing is very misleading. For example, the walk-in entrance had a pallet displaying one price, but when I found the item in its actual aisle location, it showed a completely different price! I shouldn't have to memorize every price and constantly watch the register screen to make sure things ring up correctly. When I brought up the price discrepancy, I was told the price hasn't been changed since last year and she quickly removed the sticker. However, I had taken a photo showing the updated price label from just about 2 weeks ago, which made the situation even more confusing and frustrating--why lie? Also disappointed that the watermelon I bought was bad when I opened it at home but it looked and had all the great indicators it was a good watermelon Meat section prices are pretty competitive and looks fresh. I originally wanted to give a better rating because the employees were nice, but I removed another star due to the misleading pricing, which is a HUGE issue. I hope the new ownership gets things together soon because this place still has a long way to go.
