There were only 2 technicians this night so I did wait a long time before I was serviced but it was fine. I really needed this. I had been sick and hadn't been for a pedicure in 2 months and I wasn't feeling myself and she fixed me right up. The shop could use some tidying up. There was polishes all over the places. The pedicure chairs are amazing, it worked the kinks in my shoulders out. Now my negative. I don't think technicians should be having loud conversations with customers on politics. To join in as a customer is expressing her dislike for America and how she's from Jamaica and they aren't like Americans. I felt like this was extremely offensive and inappropriate. I was so uncomfortable. I tried to drown out her cackling with my beats but I could still hear her mouth over the podcast. That was really unprofessional and as much as I want to go back to this shop because I believe they do a good job I don't know if I will.

The owner is rude and cancelled my appt after me being 9 minutes late. They have called me before to reschedule my appointment and I've had to wait on Brian more than 15 minutes in other occasions and never mind that because he is popular and he overbooks him. But to just dismiss me and walk off while I'm talking to you is just unprofessional. I am a loyal customer and come every 2 weeks and spend $$ and will not be treated in that manner.

I waited a while to do this but…read morebasically last Tuesday on 01/08/2025 I thought to go get a pedicure everything was fine until she started cutting my toenails, she cut my cuticle really deep causing me to react and bleed.I told her that hurt and she kept going then proceeded to do a poor paint job. Long story short it's been a week and my cuticles on both big toes are still super inflamed and maybe infected. Even then they partially gave me my money back and profusely apologized but I still was unsatisfied so this is just for everyone thinking about going there I will now probably have ingrown toenails for a long time thanks to this place. Went back to Lady Nail (3 blocks from home) for a manicure - nail shaping, cuticle trimming - NO polish as I'm treating my nails at home; self trimming your cuticle is just difficult. Anyway, the place only had one other customer, and the woman that worked on me had been playing on her phone. She barely touched any shaping and I had to repeatedly point out bad cuticles. I actually gave up after a point. There was no 'hand massage', no nail smoothing, no lotion, no nothing. For this, I paid $22. Three days later I went somewhere else where they took their time and did a great job on the cuticles, shaping, nail smoothing, lotion, AND did a good looking gel manicure in cherry red. Cost? $25. Do not go to Lady Nail, there are far better places around.

She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. Prices are fair and the nails could last a really long time if it wasn't for the nail growth! If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. It also seems that Miss Karen is the only person that can do more complex work so there can be a bottleneck involving her. 4.85/5
