Don't get Mary as your hairstylist!! She doesn't listen to what you want and just chops. three inches could mean a whole foot to her if she could care less. She also dyed my hair orange, not blonde. And she thought it looked good... She took a before photo but clearly no after. Even she thought it looked bad. She should not deserve to have a license. I had an awful experience with Tonya. My Groupon was for cut partial highlights or color with collagen hairspray and blowout but instead of this she decided on her own to go for color lift service without applying any color. It was very disappointing as I kept asking her why would she not put the color and I don't want that but she kept on insisting and doing color lift service only, not mentioned in the Groupon. I insisted her many times I would like to see my hair in between but she didn't let me see my hair until the end. My hair has turned into orange color and even after telling, she didn't do anything to fix it. I don't understand why she has to give these Groupon deals if she had to do such a substandard job and later say if need if I need color, there will extra charge. Never happened before like this. About 2 months ago, I got my permanent makeup done by Olesia Sharun. I was pleasantly impressed. The W Salon Suites is so fabulous. Olesia's suite is stunning and her work is amazing. I was at ease and put full trust in her as she enhanced my eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner. I'm just thrilled with the results. My lips have a constant freshly applied lipstick look all the time. She is the nicest person and since my daughter also goes to her, it's like she is a member of our family. When she moved to W Salon Suites I loved the ambiance. I had the WORST experience at the "Pink Flamingo" suite today. Inside the W salon suites. The lady's name is Tonya. She claimed to be a blonde specialist, nothing close to the sort. She first spent 5 hours on the second picture you see there. She rushed towards the end of that top section because she needed to pick her son up from school... I begged her to not leave my my hair like this because i'm getting MARRIED IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. She made me sit back in the parking lot in my car for 30 minutes while she went & picked her son up. It's now about 3:00pm, I got there at 10:00am for my appt... She explained to me that a hair gloss was really going to help the situation and fix my hair. I told her whatever she thinks in her professional opinion that is going to fix what is going on. Her little boy was in the suite for the entire rest of the appt, which is fine... definitely unprofessional but I didn't mind until I was trying to speak with Tonya to discuss her outrageous pricing of 280$ after 8 hours of being there & me still HATING my hair. She added on another charge for the gloss that she forced me to get in hopes to fix her mess up!!! I didn't want things to escalate in front of her young son so I paid my 280$, & then kindly reached our to her via text the next day. SHE GHOSTED ME OF COURSE. Extremely unprofessional. I still need to spend even more money to get my hair actually fixed AGAIN. She really, truly set me up for failure & disaster. I couldn't be more upset or more unpleased. 10/10 do not recommend. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

Today was my second experience at W salon suite, my styler was Shelly and she did a amazing job. I tried bangs for the very first time and she made me as comfortable and confident as possible. I was so impressed with how well she did and on top of that I was a last minute walk in which is pretty uncommon in these suites. This place is so pretty, very professional and welcoming. We absolutely love this location. I was in the salon a couple of days ago and was greeted by a very lovely receptionist, then on to see Aja for a hair cut. I generally walk thru the salon just to look at the rooms, each is done so nicely. The salon is very clean and well vented. I have health issues so i noticed they had taken precautions with ceiling fan/exhaust vents to help filter the air. I feel very safe there. There are no normal salon smells in this place. So nicely done, just like the W Salon Suites in Rocklin where my last hairdresser worked. I would highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to feel pampered. Its perfect. read more

So, if you are trying to find a stylist that left good luck in finding them here or any business for that matter. The receptionist was not helpful and didn't attempt to refer me to any of the hair salons within W Salon Suites. If you do have a business here, they are not helping to grow your business. Seems like you are a rent check. From the other reviews about each business, they are great. But the management company is terrible; not customer centered. Came here to have my hair done by Franjesca Steele. She has been doing my hair for over 10 years and is now located in the W Salon Suites. I use to travel over 3 hours round trip for her to do my hair and now she is in Roseville! I will not go to anyone else so the drive to me was always worth it. Her suite is beautiful. Very comfortable and inviting. Franjesca is the most laid back person I know. You can talk to her about anything...or don't talk at all. Either way she will make it a pleasant experience. The location is great, is it in a shopping center that has several stores and restaurants. All brand new inside. The waiting area is comfortable with a coffee/tea machine and nice sitting area with a TV. I will be back every 6 weeks to see Franjesca! read more
