I made an appt online for a new client cut that came with a complementary hair mask. My appt was with Jade. She was fantastic! The place was clean and modern and the vibe was relaxed. I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. As a mother of a special needs kiddo it was a much needed reprieve and she gave me the pampering I needed! Will definitely be back if I'm still in Roseville the next time I need a hair cut.

Currently I'm really liking the Leaf & Flower volume for my fine wavy hair. When I bring in my 11 y/o boys for a haircut, my 9 y/o daughter comes too. If it's not time for her to get a haircut, sometimes Carola will do a cute braid with sparkle tencel in it. Carola has always been professional, kind, caring, & gentle. I've watched her over the years cut many kids hair. I've been most impressed by her cutting the kids hair that either have special needs or are noise adverse to the clippers used on the boys. Her calmness, patience, & being able to switch to different methods when one isn't working to get a child through a haircut, is highly impressive as a nurse! I returned on Sunday (08/02/27) to remove my nails since I was having eye surgery the next day for skin cancer. I booked with Henry again, and I can say I was not disappointed! He provided wonderful service and was so friendly. I have noticed over the past 20+ years of having my nails done that the true test of a salon and nail artist is when you need to remove your nails. The way they provide customer service, the level of care they use; I've literally had a nail artist just pop off the acrylic nails, which is incredibly painful and tears up your nail bed. I can say wholeheartedly I will be going back to Diamond Nails and booking with Henry again, once I'm all healed up!

You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. Go ahead and call whoever you want, I have the photos of the damage you did to my hands. Fix your staff before you try to fix your reputation online.

They offer wine, beer, soft drinks, and water... I wanna mention that I paid nearly $400 for a color service and returned for a second appointment in good faith to allow the stylist an opportunity to correct the result. Unfortunately, after two visits, my hair remained the same color as when I started, except now with noticeable bleach damage. While the stylist was willing to attempt to fix my hair, it became very clear that policy was prioritized over client satisfaction and outcome. There was no acknowledgment that the desired result was not achieved, and no flexibility offered despite the fact that I left with no improvement after two services. Had there been honest communication from the beginning about limitations or the possibility that my inspiration could not be achieved, I would not have moved forward. Instead, I am now faced with additional expenses to repair and correct my hair elsewhere. This review is not written out of anger, but out of transparency. I strongly encourage anyone considering booking to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and fully understand expectations and policies before committing, especially for major color services. These pictures provided are my inspiration pics (dark brown to light balayage.) my natural hair, and my hair after two different bleach sessions. I'm so disappointed.
