I am stuck coming to this because they are the only one with the parts for my phone. I call the next day and they say well they are backed up but if i have it there by 4p they will have time to fix it. I got there about 1 pm and i told them i would be waiting in my car since im not familiar with the area and they will have my phone. They didn't get done with it til nearly 5p. I will never go back to this place again.

They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. I was referred to Mynex and they explained a couple of approaches, which seemed reasonable. After trying to re-flash, the bios, which was a longshot, they recommended replacing the motherboard at a significantly lower price than their competition. Not only did they source a motherboard at a great price, at my request they replaced my hard drive with a. SSD drive AND GOT ME UP AND RUNNING AGAIN AND IN BEAUTIFUL SHAPE.
