Open year around, this spot offers unparalleled views of the freedom tower in an extremely modern setting. Anyone can go inside and grab a drink (not just hotel guests). The staff is friendly and go out of their way to seat you once you're inside. They offer bar snacks to go along with the drinks you order. They also have couches against the wall throughout the entire space, along with outdoor terrace seating.

I was a little surprised -- seemed like an amateur mistake. Both of our plates had cold fries. It's really irritating when your food is not the right temperature -- both for food safety reasons but also just general enjoyment. They don't have iced tea! I've never been to a restaurant in this country that didn't serve iced tea. The soda water ($5) was not chilled -- Canada Dry straight out of the can. Draft beer ($12) was nice and cold. Not offered dessert menu or told about them -- as I said, the energy took a downward turn when we let them know the fries were ice cold. Kind of weird and baffling. Definitely an off night for them.
