The inside is set up like a classic bar, wooden walls and floors, with a long cement bar directly to the left with seating set up at the bar, and at a variety of black banquettes and bar tables. Total seating and standing room enough for 70-80 probably. Seems like they're set up to be mostly a bar/cocktail lounge though they also had a tight menu of American small bites, plates (like burgers, steak and pasta), and sides. Initially they seated us towards the front though moved us to the longer bar-height table in the back shortly after placing our drink orders. The drinks came out together within 10-15 minutes of ordering, then another few minutes later they brought out the appetizer/snacks orders: - Artichoke Dip $18.00: spinach, roasted garlic, parmesan cheese crostini. The bread pieces were perfectly crunchy, the artichoke spinach dip was a bit looser than I expected though I appreciated it bc sometimes it can be too thick and clunky. - Tempura Popcorn Shrimp $18.00: jumbo crispy fried shrimp, pickled B&G aïoli, lemon. Good flavor, not crispy, the tempura batter was soft pretty quickly after being set on the table. Sauce that came with it was tasty and had a spicy kick. - House Cut Fries $11.00: tender & crispy, with ketchup & mayo. The fries were decent, texture wasn't necessarily consistent on all pieces though overall ok. - Parmed Up Fries with Truffle Aioli $14.00: with grated Parmesan on top, and truffle aioli on point. - Warm Pretzel $?: served buttered with Dijon mustard and gherkins. Soft and fresh. - Molé Chicken Nachos $22.00: pepper jack cheese, jalapeño, guacamole. I didn't try these though looked good when they arrived to the table. - Caipirinha $18: this was my drink and it was decent. I don't have a sweet tooth though personally thought it could be just a tad sweeter, and a bit more muddled lime.
