Date: Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 Time: around 7:30pm My group of 4 stopped by for a bday get together in the back room. It was pretty crowded when we arrived, but we headed straight to the back. They had grabbed some tables in the corner as there were a fair amount of people here already. There was a TV which was great as it was during the NBA Conference Semifinals and the Knicks were playing. We partly went up to the bar and grabbed drinks and partly ordered from a server. I think there were some fries in the mix as well. I know one of my friends saw the specials at the bar, so we did end up with their shot of the day, cocktail of the day, etc. When it came time to order from he server, I wanted a spicy margarita so got that. Wow talk about walking into a time capsule. This establishment brings you back to the 70 's . I ordered a old fashion and was not disappointed . Classic dive bar in Chinatown to relive college memories as a late 20s/early 30s. We came here at midnight on an unsuspecting Saturday evening and it was surprisingly busy with lots of events going on -- birthday parties, "anniversaries" of being in NY, etc. Clientele mostly skewed towards white/straight, but everyone was having a good time and being friendly. Titanic was playing on the TV in the back the entire time, which was a hoot. The DJ set was amazing and there wasn't a single song that seemed out of place. There's some food options -- I got buffalo wings and fries and ate it while standing, I was so hungry. They make fun signs to hang at your table customized to who is in your party, which is a really fun touch, and it always seems like they're celebrating something.
