when I walked in the girl was rude and asked if I had an online order then When I said no she looked annoyed that she had to take my order. Also I told the worker I wanted no onions and she said ok and she still gave me my plate with onions and when I made a face that I was not satisfied that my plate had onions she just told me have a good day in a mocking tone. This was such a nasty experience and never will be returning here I came in today, got a mini bowl with potstickers and a side of potstickers I ate a whole bowl before I realized there was a balled up lint I picked up and it was scrunched up hair come to find out all those potstickers that I ate fell on the ground. Unbelievably rude employees. Just spent almost $30 on food and we were going to eat inside this particular establishment and the restroom was not functional. There was no way to wash my hands or use the restroom. Not even hand sanitizer to use either. I asked the employees and they said the bathroom door handle was broken. So I asked where they use the restroom and they say they don't and another said they go next door. It isn't the business next doors responsibility to allow them to use the restroom. I am a vegetarian and ordered a plant based steak bowl. The girl that took my order didn't listen and they gave me regular steak. I drive home to find the incorrect order. I tried to call several times and could not get through. Once I drove all the way back and told them they have me the wrong order, both girls working gave me an attitude and said "we'll your receipt says steak" I said I'm a vegetarian, why would I order steak? They again gave me attitude and made a fuss about making me the bowl I ordered. Do not go here, the staff are extremely rude. They should be fired. read more

Every time I come here there's always workers complaining about customers or being rude to customers. I like the food but dread going in and seeing the workers. A few weeks ago one of the girls got annoyed because I called the steak bowls "beef" like honey go to school because steak and beef are the same. Today I went in and one of the guys that works there was complaining to his coworker about rude customers all while I was waiting to get help at the cash register. I was standing at the register for a good 2 minutes while he was just going off and there were two other customers inside waiting for their food. When I got to the drink station the tea was gone ( granted it was late and they might have taken it down) so I look for the Sobé. The Sobé was just water, so I asked if they had anymore Sobé, she looked at me and then the soda fountain and said no. (It's a Friday, you have a weekend coming up and your already out of a fountain drink? Any one who's worked in the food industry knows that the weekend are tough and to not have proper stock is asking for a harder weekend). So I kindly ask "well, is there any way you can refund me my drink since you don't have what I want?" "Um I don't think I can do that" she tells me! My smile drops and I ask "are you serious?" She go on to tell me she can't. So I ask for the franchisees number or contact info. She doesn't have that either...so there is no way I can contact the owners? (Jerry is the name she gave me) but no other information. Other than the employee, the food was ok. Dry white meat for an extra charge. This is not the first time this week for the dry white meat. She said our order receipt was misplaced. So I asked for my money back. After all that waiting she still charged us for the drinks. And we were never even offered anything for the inconvenience. So I thought that my last visit to a Waba Grill was bad but this location blew them out of the water! So I preordered my food at 7pm today, I set the pickup time for 8pm since I was meeting up with my sister a couple towns over for dinner so I ordered from a local in her town. I was a little late due to traffic so I arrived at 8:10pm and pulled into the curbside pickup parking space. I called the number to let them know I have arrived and it went straight to voicemail and said the mailbox was completely full. So I ended up going inside the location even though I was trying my best to social distance. I waited about 5 minutes inside the location before I was able to speak with an employee and in that time I noticed that an employee was picking up the phone slightly and hanging up immediately every time the phone rang. That explains why I wasn't able to call for my curbside pickup, so I finally speak to an employee and she said that my order is not ready so I sit and wait. 20 minutes later I was called up and looked through my order and its missing half of the items that I ordered, so I mentioned it to the employee and she said they must have mistaken my big order for an accidental double order... Even though there were no doubles of anything in my order, each item was completely unique. So I waited some more and they finally give me my complete order and I ended up leaving closer to 9pm instead of shortly after 8pm like I had planned. The cherry on top of all of this was that when I got home the containers were very light, one of the reasons I love Waba Grill is they don't skimp on the food but these containers were pathetic. I want to make it clear that this review is directed at the owner/management of this location and not the employee's. The location look severely understaffed and I could see the stress, frustration, and exhaustion on all of the employee's faces. It's sad to see that the location was literally an hour and a half behind on orders. I am sure that more employees would have solved all of the issues that I experienced today. read more

First time at this location and my chicken was undercooked. Asked the cashier if I could have some that was cooked thoroughly to which she simply took the bowl back without any sort of response. Then I saw her take the bowl back and put the chicken back on the grill rather than giving me a fresh batch... Overall the service was poor and the serving size seems much smaller than other WaBa Grill locations. Hoping this was just an isolated incident, but it was quite disappointing. read more

Two trips in a row well before closing (over 2 hours) where the iced teas were both empty. It's getting more painful to eat here as the service keeps declining. Sometimes talking to the cashier is like talking to a brick wall. Being too lazy to refill your iced tea at 740pm when you close at 10pm is just unacceptable. Then, the cashier in training wanted to argue with me when I asked for garlic sauce that all the sauces are to my right. Yes, all sauces but the garlic sauce.
