I second trying this Waba Grill location and had a mixed but overall positive experience. My App order was ready as soon as I walked in, which was greatly appreciated. The team was friendly, welcoming, and created a really pleasant atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The rice was cooked perfectly and the dumplings were absolutely delicious--the highlight of the meal for me. The Thai tea was good as well. My only disappointment was the chicken in the bowl. The portion felt a little light, and some of the chicken appeared quite brown with some burnt, which wasn't what I was expecting. That said, everything was still edible, and the excellent customer service and tasty dumplings helped make up for it. The chicken tacos were good, with fresh arugula, and perfect amaount of sause.I'd be willing to give them another try in the future and hope for a more consistent experience with the protein portion and not burnt chicken next time. Haven't tried the food. But this manager sucks big one's. I orders a bowl. And I'm not sure about other people. But I like a little more waba sauce and hot sauce than two packets. Like come on. Are you hurting that bad that you charge customers per packets. And the employees be acting like it's their sauce I'm taking out of their pockets. I'm sure the owner counts leftover packets at the end of the day. I hate when company's are tight like this. And def won't be back to eat here anymore. I like to go where the sauce is flowing. It never fails that every time I go to this location, the girls at the counter are rude! There's always some type of snotty remark, especially about adding a sauce too. Getting an extra Waba sauce here is always a fight! One Waba sauce per bowl is ridiculous. All the other Waba Grills I go to have the Waba sauce packets out. They are the same way about adding green onions. When you are a paying customer you should be able to get sauce on your darn bowl. Manager needs to focus on hiring nicer people to work the register. I have been to some good Waba's but this is not one of them. It was empty at 4:45pm. It smelled like sewer when I walked in. I should have left but instead I asked if the sewer issue involved the kitchen and was told it did not. I ordered Togo. Two chicken breast/veggie bowls came out quick and the worker was nice and things looked clean. The food however was seriously overcooked. Chicken was dry and veggies were really mushy. We still ate it with lots of waba sauce because we were hungry but I won't be back. After reading reviews (that I should have read before) the sewer smell has been going on over a year or more. Been at this location several times and it's always the same young lady and it's always the same lack of customer service skills !! Walking in at 10am Young lady at front register and Lady in the back kitchen, no greeting of hello or anything.stood there for like 2 minutes until young lady walked to the register still didn't greeted and started counting the register money. Then I started ordering my food. I went to go sit down on the table seen there is a advertisement that kids eat free and went back to the counter to see if I can get reimbursement on the kids meal that I got and she told me no that I couldn't cause I already had it paid, and that her system doesn't work like that. and that next time I have to do it when I'm paying. then I told her I had just seen the advertisement on the table. I told her why wouldn't they have one in the front while paying and she said they don't offer it unless you see it. She said she would have to get on the phone with somebody to help her. When I don't understand, there should be a manager to help with services or problems like that. I waited an extra 10-15 minutes. For food . when I walked up to get my food, the young lady just handed me five dollars and some change back with not even saying anything and I ask her what is it for? She said for the money of the bowl from the special. I go back to counter to ask for corporate's number and she said that I can get it online. Unprofessional!! And too top it off very little chicken in bowls ! Please work on work ethic. most waba grills i go to is usually okay like it's good but they either cut the portion short or the inside feels depressing but ive been coming to this one every sunday for 3 weeks now and the portion is pretty filled plus the rice always taste fresh. only waba grill i'll ever give a 5 star. good rice = happy life oh and their beef here is not chewy like most other ones :) read more

I always go to Waba grill and get white meat chicken. I was so hungry and got my usual and when I sat down to eat it, I realized the chicken was a little spongy and pink so I opened one up and it was raw. Not sure how many I ate before I realized it but I sent it back. Kid in the back cooking didn't seem to care. This WaBA isn't great. Today was the third time in a row when I've had an issue with my order so I'm calling it quits at this location. It's getting ridiculous. I just paid $10 for a salad that I'm pretty sure was made with yesterday's meat and stored in the fridge. I paid for fresh food, or something are days ago. The steak was cold and pale compared to the steak in my husband's rice bowl. I cant stand the thought of eating cold meat. One bite and the entire meal was completely unappetizing. The meat was not marinated and they gave me no dressing. I placed the order through the app and my husband went to pick it up, they asked for the confirmation number- even though my confirmation email says that number is not needed for pick up. It seems like this location has ongoing issues. It's a shame because the location is convenient but it's not worth saving drive time if my food is inedible. read more

Very disappointing, walked in and instantly got blasted by a nasty, filthy stench from a gross mildewed mop sitting in the middle of the dining room along with a broom. Obviously using cheap cleansers to try to mask the dirty restroom smell. This is the way of the world now with this youngest generation in the work force that can't think enough for themselves and had no one there to tell them to open the doors to air it out while they attempted to clean AND to bleach out that mop and allow it to dry thoroughly. 10am 12/3/24 the young lady at the register was rude overall. I was the first customer to walk in and stood at the register for about 3 mins and neither her or the guy in the back greeted me or acknowledged me. It's early for all of us. I finally get my order and before I even grab the bag she's walking away without a thank you or anything. I quickly ask for hot sauce please. Give me like 6 hot sauce please. She hands me 2 and starts walking away again. I say give me like 4 more please. I only came to this Waba because my son was playing in a tournament on the field right next to it. It's not busy yet every single table is dirty. We couldn't throw away our trash because they haven't emptied it so we had to stack the trash on top. The bathroom is gross and doesn't look like it's been cleaned all day. The short girl with black hair at the counter is rude. Looking at all the other reviews it looks like management has no intentions to change the cleanliness of the store.
