I'd love to review the food but didn't get that far. When you walk into the restaurant you are smacked in the face with the smell of raw sewage!! Not very appetizing AT ALL! We asked an employee what that horrendous aroma was and he responded that they've had someone come to find and fix the problem on a few occasions but they found nothing wrong to fix. If I owned or managed a restaurant there's no way I would have my customers walk into my establishment and have it smelling like an out house, it was absolutely awful! Do yourself a favor and go to the location on limonite! I only have 2 stars because the employees were nice. I do not know how they handle that smell for a whole work shift! read more

Came by here again last night (4/23/19). Food was delicious, like always....and guess what!? THEY FIXED THE BUBBLES ON THE PROPAGANDA!! Nice flat pictures, looking totally awesome!! WaBa Grill - New Waba Grill - Fast Food Near Me - Jurupa Valley, California

Ordered 2 bowls, yet they charge me for 2 sauces?!?! Thought it was 1 free sauce per bowl. Thing is, it was the owner.

Horrible customer service . Two front girls just look at you without saying anything and ignore you're there .

This place is a complete rip, I originally intended on going to Sultan middle eastern which is in the same plaza but I didn't realize they close on Mondays. I needed a quick backup plan so I figured I would just go to waba since its close by. I paid 15 dollars for a beef bowl and I asked for double the meat.... they charged me for double the meat but based on the bowl itself it looks like they gave me all veggies and not much meat. Kinda sucks to pay 15 dollars for a bowl full of veggies and barely any meat. I won't be coming back to this place again. read more

Was just there an hour ago. The girls didn't know how take my order, then over charged me. The had to call someone to help them over the phone. My meal was to come with a drink but because they ran out, I couldn't have my drink. Got home and my food was soggy. Rice was over cooked, meat along with dumplings were burnt. We had WaBa Grill last week for dinner at this location & when we went to pick up the order, the facility smelled so bad. It makes you not want to trust the food coming out of it. Disgusting! Employees here don't care! No one was wearing any PPE. I had paid through app and selected curb side. Called when I got there and the phone just rang and rang. Called a number of times then decided to walk in because no one was answering. No one was on the phone when I walked in and there were no other customers. So they were clearly ignoring the phone ringing. Once I saw employees were being unsanitary and not wearing any masks I told the woman at the counter I didn't feel comfortable accepting the order because of this I asked for a refund. The employee just didn't care. She said I had to file a claim in the app. I'm posting this in the hopes the owner sees this and takes action immediately and for potential customers to take extra safety precautions before walking in here and thinking of ordering.
