1st time here. Got a hamburger special and paid with my card. When looking at my receipt I see an extra charge of 1 $. I ask the lady behind the register what the charge was for and she said because you used the card. I asked her why didn't she say anything to me about the 1$ if you use your atm card. She said it's right there. So when looking at the sign they have its hand written and around 10 other hand written signs. They still have the covid glass so I couldn't see the short lady and register is all the way on the other side. She also got an attitude with me. No customer service. Been coming here for years! From Breakfast to-go on lazy weekends, to burger and fries after school; but it's mainly a last minute food choice because of proximity and comfort. Good, cheap, and quick. We enjoy their Grilled chicken sandwich (we add avocados at home), and double bacon cheese burgers. Its pretty good. We only come here as a last min thing. It's a usually a quick replacement if you don't want cook. Fries are generic thick cut (5/10), they get soggy after awhile, we always ask for a side of seasoning salt that kicks them up to an easy 8/10. Cheese burgers are ok, they offer a few dinner plates, they are reasonable. Plus side, They take over the phone orders for quick togo pick ups usually 5-15 min. I chose this place because it has lots of good reviews but honestly I wasn't too impressed. So it's Friday night dinner after a long day of work. There's a huge line to order so I'm thinking cool people like the food.. I look over to the cooks and the man frying is frying chicken but just piling it up on the side which I found weird but whatever.. My daughter orders the corn dog kids meal( because a corn dog by itself is $4.00 but meal is $5.39) , I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Okay our order literally took 30minutes. I pick up our food and our drinks have no ice so soda is warm. The fries were so greasy, the grease went thru the bag onto the platter. My kid was happy with her corn dog, chicken sandwich- chicken was flavored good but chewy and that bread was horrible.. so I ended pulling the chicken out and picking thru the good pieces. Our stomachs hurt so much I'm assuming from the bits of greasy fries we ate. Anyways we won't be visiting this place again! read more

Let's take it back to the early 90s and if remember correctly the breakfast special was 99 cents , my parents would load up the whole gang and we were off. They've raised the prices since then but the food has stayed consistent and bomb, the Jr double cheese burger is juicy and the cheese they use melts just right, it will definitely compete with any other spot nearby. read more

This is my favorite burger place in town. I remember stopping in after coming home from Nimitz and later Bell High. "Little Jims" as I affectionately call it, not affiliated with the Jims chain (also on Gage) has the BEST chili cheese fries! The burgers are awesome and they still have the Hamburger Special and "mountain of fries" in a bag! They now also accept credit & debit cards (yes!). The place hasn't really changed, the wood paneling on the walls, the light fixtures, the arcade games. Every time you come here you remember all the good times you had with your friends. read more

I know that there is another Jim's in town, but this Jim's is what I call the "Westside Jim's" since it is on the westside of town. They have one of the cheapest breakfast specials in town that many locals make lines for those. They have burgers which are charbroiled over an open grill, giving them that delicious smoky flavor with the grill marks to match. Every burger comes with 1000 Island, which is a great complement.
