I when back to centex pawn shop in East Waco and one of the mgr told me one price I need to pay and…read morewhen I got ready to pay it for some reason he changed the price higher and I stated to him why you said one price and now you're telling me something different, the same centex pawn shop in East Waco, one of the customer service rep told me I had to pay on one of my loans on a certain day, I call back and one of the mgr told me I needed to come in the next day to pay on the loan,I then told him I just talked with a customer service rep and he told me I had until the first of the month, the mgr told ohh I made a mistake, I told him that's why I'm calling because one person says one thing and another person says something else, they have become unprofessional and I don't recommend them to anyone, I'm trying to get my items out of pawn so I never used centex pawn shop in East Waco Texas again and wouldn't recommend them, I rate them a minus 0, and I let them know how unsatisfied I am with the service of centex pawn shop in East Waco Texas. You have to provide some…read moredocumentation stating that the device is fully paid for, or like any kind of receipt which proves that the device is yours, &/or is fully paid for, not on a payment plan, etc... Think about this: Who offers such a service/an option - to provide such an unusual service, providing a piece of paper/document which only serves to inform as to whether your device is fully paid for, under contract/on a payment plan, etc... I just don't think/can't imagine why or how the service provider would justify complying with a customer request for such an item, which could mean that the customer may cancel the service which was meant for that cell phone/device...
