We arrived at 10 a.m. on the weekend and had been waiting since then. As soon as we got there, they gave us an unbelievable excuse, saying they were backed up with orders. At first, we stayed calm and understanding. But about 20 minutes later, 4-5 other people came in, and they got their orders right away. Then two more people arrived after that, and they also received their food quickly. We ended up waiting for an entire hour and still didn't get a single item from our order. Only when we started to complain did they finally say they were just now starting to make our food. Our group had six people, including children, and they completely ignored our order without any consideration. I've been coming to this location occasionally for over three years, and I've never felt so disrespected. The manager in charge of the weekend morning shift was absolutely the worst. It wasn't even that busy, so if this is how poorly things are managed under light traffic, I highly recommend avoiding this place on weekend mornings. read more

The place was very clean! We were greeted and seated immediately upon entering. Food came out fast and hot. The staff were amazing. I enjoyed seeing the other workers training up new servers! I could tell the business was just opening up but service was amazing. read more

I don't never leave reviews for anything. Hell, I even had to create an account just to do this. But this place maybe the most disgusting place I have ever eaten in my entire life, and I'm not even a picky person. Usually it wouldn't even bother me that much, but this place is over the top nasty. Ate there for lunch today and there was lip prints on my glass and had something in my drink. Had to ask for a to go cup just to be able to feel somewhat comfortable having something to drink. Which really if it wouldn't have been for the fact that I had other employees with me I would've just left cause not only did that nasty crap happen but there were flies all over the place and the table had some kind of sticky crap all over it and I'm not to sure that the piece of hair one of the guys that was with me found on there plate was there's or not. Either way, everything else was enough to know to just not ever go there again and really wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you wanna try and make yourself sick for some reason, cause after really paying attention to the place, it was just a nasty place to be in. My sis and her friend really wanted to eat here. Waffle House is usually the place I visit for late night/early morning breakfast. So this visit at this time was a bit new. Lol! However, I got the same thing I always order. Eggs, hashbrowns and Raisin toast. Everything was prepared as expected. We had a nice booth seat near the window and if you frequent Waffle House, you know those can be rare with the weekend regulars. Our waitress was nice. We had a 3 year old with us so we asked for a few things to accommodate her and she was totally cool with it. The parking lot had adequate parking. I can't complain. The one thing I can say about Waffle House, they're always consistent. read more

Absolutely horrible! I thought I'd imagined that the man grilling took out pre-cooked, dry-looking, beef from the fridge without using gloves. I was wrong. I should have known better when the hash and bread hit the grill before the beef. The beef still sat on a plate to the left of the grill where he'd placed it upon removing it from the fridge! Since I haven't slept in 20hrs, I thought I'd imagined it and that surely I was going to receive freshly cooked beef on my sandwich. No. The beef didn't look right at all. I nibbled around it before giving up. Then, to top it off there was a hair in my grits! Probably need to have the cooks/packers wear hair nets. Ridiculous! A waste of money and time! read more

This may be the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. When I assigned them one star it was because 0 stars was not an option. I placed a take out order over the phone. When I called the woman who answered the phone gave me directions and then hung up the phone. I had to call back to place my order, there was so much background noise I could barely understand anything she was saying. Once I got the order placed I was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I had to talk to some people about some work they were doing on my home about 15 minutes or so. I drove to the Waffle House about 5 or 10 minuets away, upon arrival at this Waffle House I had to wait about 15 minutes more . My order that was to be ready in ten minuets actually took about 40 minutes. By the time my order was ready to go it was almost cold and I still had to drive home. The Waitress did not Bring my two cups of coffee. She had charged me for them but did not produce them until I asked where was my coffee. The Waitress was argumentative and not at all friendly. When I looked at the ticket, I noticed she had charged me an additional amount for a "to go service charge". I am 71 years old and have been eating at Waffle House Restaurants, Huddle House Restaurants, and a great host of other restaurants all over the USA. I have never before incurred a "to go, service charge". When I ask the waitress about it she very snippily replied those to go containers cost money, so someone has to pay for them. I replied I have never ever been charged because I ordered to go. She said they cost money so the Customer had to pay for them. When the waitress brought my Credit Card receipt to sign, it was blank except for the line I was to sign on. I told her there were no information on the receipt and she took it back and brought me another that had the total and signature line. When I got home and drank the coffee I found the bottom of the cup was full of coffee grounds. This was the absolutely worst Waffle House experience I have ever had in my life. if i could give it no starts i would ... i place a order over the phone and she repeated it back to me twice so i know she had the right order when i come to pick it ip it had the wrong add ons that i ask for they added jalapeños and i didn't want it so i went back told her and she gave me attitude and ask to make another one ... when i receive the other one i went to the car and i opened it ... the hash-brown was raw and they forgot to put mushroom and the whole plate full of onions ..... i threw it away and left ... i will not be coming back to this location the other location down the street is way better i suggest to anybody wanting to eat good waffle house read more

This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. There is another Waffle House a few blocks away that is much faster and his much better customer service. The servers are rude and slow. We love Waffle House and refuse to go to this one again. read more

Ok so let me start by saying I normally really do enjoy Waffle House and this experience may or may reflect this location's norm. My wife and I arrived to a very busy packed Waffle House. The cooks and servers were bickering back and forth. It was easy to see that tensions were high among the staff. And understandably so, due to the high volume that they were experiencing. We waited to a few minutes for a table to cleared sat down and wait slightly too long for the server to come by and greet us. She took our order: my wife- bacon grilled cheese with hash browns, scatter, covered, and chunked (cheese and ham), mine- Texas bacon egg and cheese sandwich with hash browns done the same way as my wife's and a Waffle. It took 5 mins after my wife received her food for my to get my sandwich and hash browns and another 10 to get my waffle. As I went to go bite into my hash browns, one of the main reasons I frequent Waffle Houses, I realized that they had put onions in them, I despise onions. I told my server she offered to replace them, which I took her up on. Up to this point I'm still fine and mostly enjoying myself... then I finally get my waffle. The outside of my waffle was near burnt and the inside was underdone, you'd think they'd be able to at least get their namesake right, I let it slide and suffered through it. I was nearly done with my waffle when I finally got the replacement hash browns... they had no onions. They also had nothing else. It was at this that was done. This was by far the worst Waffle House experience I have ever had. I hope this is not how they operate in a day to day basis... if it is I suggest going another location. read more
